We are not MIA. If you are missing a bet let us know. We had an issue with investments not recording the numbers correctly so we had to pause cash outs for a few days but everything should be fixed up now.

I think bit365 is MIA.... =( This doesn't look good and investments/bets are taking much longer to payout than before...it's a shame too because I really was beginning to like this book

Hi bit365, I tried to place a bet but the deposit didn't go through until 45 mins after the event had started because I had wait while my bitcoin wallet synced up with the network. So now the bet just says "pending". This was 5 days ago now.
Can you return the btc please?

Finally it got confirmation, but I still haven't received payment

Resolved now. Confirmation was unusually long, wasn't bit365's fault.

This was an unusual situation. The BTC did come through before the match, but then there was no record of the transaction on the blockchain and no confirmation until 12+ hours later (still no confirmation yet). This would be an easy way to cheat, though I do not believe you were trying to do so. It was probably an error with your wallet software or delay from an online wallet.
As long as the bet enters the blockchain before the match you will be fine in the future.

So @all make sure you include a proper fee for ALL transactions in future. Would be nice if you could send back the deposit @bit365. Also would be cool if you could make accounts optional to prevent stuff like that in the future (also to save transactions fees & blockchain size for the future)...

I finally received both my investment cashouts after each 4 days give or take.
I dont mind that per se, but a little warning after the cashout would be really appreciated.
