US Odds: +257
EU Odds: 3.57
means Bet 1 BTC US Odds : +257 payout ? EU Odds : Payout 3.57 = Win 2.57?

Hello,
I placed 2 bets that were placed after an event was started. The one bet that won was cancelled while the 2nd bet was a loss and was not graded as canceled even though it was placed after the start time of the event. This seems unfair as certain bets are cancelled while those that were lost are not returned.

Hi dctfunk,
Can you PM us the Bet ID for the second bet and I will refund it for you. We do not always automatically return bets placed after events have started to reduce cheating attempts.
