I know right, with that kind of price it makes you think that the whole thing is just a scam and I won't be surprised if it is. this also reminds me of a thread I saw in the past where someone who wants to buy a bitcointalk account was scammed by the seller.

Maybe someone already contacted him for buying the account. If the accounts doesn't received any negative feedback, he can make more money. The only way for him to make money through his account is joining a campaign that receive negative feedback, 1xbit only receive negative feedback account with a reason for applying their campaign, I don't think there's an another good campaign.
