nope,i think so if quality post is one of important thing for someone got choosen (imagine if someone got choosen without see his quality post, and then he just make spam post, like "ok", "thank you", "yea, you right", or etc). i've seen SFR10 doing goodjob since hes become manager campaign, hes just more selective to choice people who want joined in sig campaign which his managed. my pleasure.
