My internet is the school's internet, so then I always seem to have this problem, maybe all are having same IP address!!!"
Well you will probably have the same IP, but it wont matter unless there's loads of people all posting on Bitcointalk, which is unlikely.
Just get more activity and the time limit keeps going down.
It's too prevent spam...
You can move up in rank, not so bad then.
