21 players is not bad, if I'm not mistaken last season we had 20 players only. There is more than month left, so I hope that some more people will sign up. It would be nice to get at least 25 players.
In my dashboard, I see 26 players. It's not bad.
I don't think that we can expect new participants after 2-3 rounds. unless it appears some good predictors and then they have a chance to catch up

If everyone pays. buwaytress hasn't yet. I messaged the wrong hayhay and mr big yesterday so hopefully they're still in, but bitbollo hasn't been online since July 16th.
i will try to reach bitbollo on some other channel contacting other users from the Italian local forum
