If the group of players is really talented then there is no a big importance who is the coach. We have seen some unknown coach like Di Matteo winning champions with Chelsea because the group of players were excellent. Spain will be one of the finalists.

That's pretty silly of them. It's not going to do them any favours for sure. I didn't think Spain have much of a chance of winning anyway. I backed them to get to the semis but that's it.

I said Neymar because he's the one who had a severe injury and he's still in a recovery phase even though he's been playing a few friendlies matches, and also because he's the leader of the NT. They do have a solid team, but Neymar is the one who gives you that plus, that's why I want to see him playing at his highest level.

I saw the news, unbelievable...they sacked him two days before the debut, I think this is worse than RM announcing Lopetegui as the new coach. WC hasn't even started and we already have a big scandal...

I chosen that Spain will win against France in the final. But now when Spain sacked their coach I don't believe it's going to happen. It's shocking decision by Spanish football federation.

Neymar? And the others! Firminho & Coutinho can't be underestimated either. They've got solid goalkeeping options in Ederson, and Allison. They've just got a solid team, and in the friendlies they are looking good.

I actually don't fancy Germany on paper this year, but you just can't not include them in the finals, because of their record of just making it happen even with sub par players in certain positions.

I went a little bit outside the box and have France as the winners. I am just thinking it is a tough tournament and there will be injuries and fatigue. France has so much squad depth that I can see them doing good even if they lose few of their best players. On the other hand Argentina without Messi or Brazil without Neymar or Portugal whitout Ronaldo will not get very far. I hope the stars will remain injury free and that we will watch some spectacular football but usually when stakes are this high...

I got Brazil vs Spain in the final, and Brazil is my favorite so...I have high expectations, Brazil looks pretty solid, great manager, great players, probably the strongest Brazil squad in the last 10 years, maybe more...and I can't wait to see Neymar 100% fit in this WC (probably in the knockout stages), it's going to be amazing.

It seems Brazil is the most favorite team to win the world cup this year, I also predicted Brazil to be on the Final match but I predicted other team to fight against them in the Final Match. I have not filled the score prediction, still so confuse to predict the best possible score for the 1st matchday.

I finished the bracket challenge within 2 minutes and Brazil vs Spain ended the final for me there. As for the predictor I will start tomorrow slowly slowly to post my predictions.

Probably Brazil Germany final. Chose Brazil I think but might change it. Not sure yet. I'll see what the teams are like when they get announced.

Btw...  Just Curious, who you guys got to win the WC in the bracket challenge?  I got France.  I didn't really mean to choose it but thing lead to another and I got France vs Germany in the final and chose the former to win the whole thing.  Lol.

I'm not sure about Iceland, but I will admit that I do like their midfield more than anything particularly Sigurdsson as he carried Swansea quite a few times, and I'll never forget what they did to England.

I've personally got my eye on a few teams this time around, but will mostly be looking at the teams that the team I support have signed or are rumored to sign.

Having said that I think there could be a few potential teams that could surprise us, and maybe go a little deeper in the tournament that expected or at least give some of the bigger teams a little trouble. I'm hoping Peru can put in a good performance honestly it's their first World Cup since the 90s? Plus, I've got a little soft spot for Peru as it's a beautiful place.

Senegal I think will throw a few problems in the mixer for their group stages. I'm expecting big performances from Mane, and Koulibaly in particular. I think I remember Mexico's goalkeeper having one hell of a tournament last time, and I'm not sure if he's still playing now, but have found a new respect for them since then. Maybe, Nigeria will perform a little better than they are expected too.

Other than that I think we'll see Spain have a lackluster tournament, and may not even progress. I would expect them to at least get 2nd place, but maybe Morocco can put a spanner in their plans.

However, take my predictions with a pinch of salt because the last time I bet on the last World Cup I lost a few BTC. I actually had a decent accumulator going, and I blame Germany entirely for not scoring earlier...

There is no way to stop filling up the brackets until the grand finals, I guess I didn't make myself clear in my previous post, sorry for the confusion caused, I did filled up all the brackets to the grand finals too, and I hope my prediction for the brackets would be accurate in order for me to score more points in the bracket challenge.

Done joining in on both of the leagues.  Not that confident on my bracket but i'm hoping to gain some points maybe at least a hundred or two if i'm lucky.  I haven't finished filling in all of the correct scores thinking of doing a research on each team.
