From my investigations, the bitcointalks.com (and mtgix.com etc etc) are probably based in China, and the operators are university students there. Guess that explains why they have so much time to do these scams. 
There is confusion here between bitcointalks.com and btcquick.com. The two sites are (I think) operated by different people. bitcointalks.com is clearly a scam. I don't know anything about btcquick.com.

Our About Us page has never had any content on it. I still have yet to fill this section of our site out. I too would like to know where you saw this "operated by KenseyCol".

Never mind. I mis-read the last couple of posts.
You never agreed to my terms, that means we have no agreement about anything including privacy. Maybe next time you sign up for my website you will finish the sign up so you will be given all the rights of a normal member. But people who cookie cutter my business format to the T, will not yielded to in any sort of way.
