Forex pair is different from price unit.
BTC/USD => 1 BTC = 600 USD
NXT/BTC => 1 NXT = 0.00009544 BTC
Doesn't it bug you that these are upside down?
/ usually means something like 'per', so BTC/USD should be BTC per USD
If they were up the right way, you could get, say, NXT in USD by looking at NXT/BTC*BTC/USD and the untis make sense (cancel the BTC).
Trivial i guess, just bugs me. Smiley

Hello! I'm registered on yours service but can't use it. I draw lines and can't to erase it. Left click is not working. Help me please.
System: Mac Pro, OS X 10.9.2, Safari 7.0.3 (9537.75.14)
Thanks.

What's the browser version and is there any error message on console?

Safari is ver. 7.0.3 (9537.75.14) and no any errors.

I'm sorry. I have no idea how it happens too. It seems there is no other people report the issue.
If right-click cannot erase the lines, try use 'delete' under "TOOLS" menu.
IT'S WORKING!
Thank you so much!!!!

Now the indicators is readded to SETTINGS menu.  but I still think the menu need be cleaned up.

Hm. I know you like to keep the site clean and simple, but I guess I don't see the problem. I'm regularly using btcwisdom on small screens, but the size of the settings menu never came up as a problem for me, and still doesn't, even with the extra indicators

Actually, the width of the 'indicator' line is only word longer than that of the 'chart style' line, so unless you plan to add even more indicators, I'd say it looks good as it is.

That said, did you consider splitting them up over 2 lines? Like:

-----------------
Candlestick, CandlestickOHC, ...
-----------------
MACD, KDJ, ...
CMF, OBV, RSI ...
------------------
Linear, Logarithmic
-----------------

Hey, BitcoinWisdom

Any chance you could add one or two more of the most common indicators? Chaikin Money Flow (a very useful volume based indicator) and RSI (as opposed to Stochastic RSI that you already have, but which can be a bit too "nervous" sometimes).

I know you try to keep your site fast and efficient, but those two seem worthy additions if you ever chose to add something to the set of indicators.
CMF and RSI is added.

Holy crap, you are fast  Shocked

Thanks!

(as before, I won't forget a tip)

EDIT: Can you maybe check the implementation of CMF? It gives slightly different results than for example bitcoincharts (example: April 30. Your site 0.099, btcharts: > 0.1), but more importantly, it seems to graph the values wrong at times (example: April 30 value is 0.009, but graphed higher than the May 1 value of 0.25)
Sorry, after one day using. I feel there are too many indicators in "SETTINGS" menu. So CMF, RSI, OBV is temporarily removed.
Currently, there is new design moving the indicators options to the bottom of page. They will be readded if the new design looks well.

Updated after several hours.
Now the indicators is readded to SETTINGS menu.  but I still think the menu need be cleaned up.

Still lags terribly.
It is fast here, which market?

Updated xxx seconds means the new data received from server, If there is no new data it will keep increasing even though our server has queried the exchange several times.

Here is several factors affect the lag. The key is
1. Exchange's API speed.
2. Exchange is hot or not.
3. Net issue from our server to exchange.

The query speed for all exchanges is about 1.5 seconds in our system.
As our monitor, The site should be have worked without lag for several months.

It is not a network issue, it is performance lag. When I move the mouse over the chart the whole computer runs at like 2-3 fps only, and CPU usage spikes to 25% (using all of the available core). It worked fine two weeks ago, it suddenly became broken.
I never met the same issue. To see if other people have the same issue.

+1

Thats also how goxtool calculates it: ∑(bid_price * bid_amount) / ∑(ask_amount)
And this has the dimension [quote_currency]/[base_currency] and can therefore directly be compared with current market price and even plotted into the same chart (or normalized with market price and plotted as an oscillator)

I guess those two sums are over buy and sell transactions respectively.
Since number of buys and number of sells are always the same. we have ∑(ask_amount) = ∑(bid_amount).
Then we see the formula is just the average price over the bid-initiated transactions i.e.  the average buy price.

CMF looks good now.

Not sure, but looks to me like RSI still has some problems:

Example: daily RSI.

You use 14 periods and close price, right?

April 10. Wisdom gives 24.18, tradingview 23.6.

On a few more data points it looks like your RSI is slightly higher than it should be.

Because Bitstamp doesn't provide full data. The data is base on the charts site extract speed. So it is different from site to site. For example, On May 6, Close in BitcoinWisdom is 428.01, and TradingView is 429.00, The volume in BitcoinWisdom is 8041, and TradingView is 5929, so BitcoinWisdom is more accurate.
The formula should be corrent, or it will not be only slight difference.

The shape should be correct, but the value in the label is incorret, it is 1 day offset, 0.099 is April 29. now it is fixed.

Hey BTW.

Is it possible to create a feature to combine several graphs at one chart timeline?

If it could be included for premium, I'd definitely will opt for it.
