I wonder if they will ever raise their minimum ICO targets here. The OP is pure texts that most of us don't want to even read. And is BILISEF Foundation a legit one?

$9+ mil is already collected, 12000 asic miners are already bought, 1600+ are working already, Reserve Fund is already replenishing. Not too much people have read the WP, not too much people believe in this project, but it doesn't matter, because a lot of people are working everyday to make the words in WP reality in the nearest future.
