I saw you made this topic about the BITDICE gambling site, September 9, 2021, meaning that it's been five months, after all @BoXXoB has explained about your case, everything is clear.

This case may have disclosed that OP has violated something that’s why this has happened. And so that explains one thing, however, we may be overlooking something in here. There are statements pertaining to Bitdice deceiving investors, and I believe that is something that must be looked upon and discussed instead.

Indeed, lately many gambling sites have been attacked by trolls, motiv doesn't know for sure and actually this thread has been sunk and finished, but today I saw someone resurrecting it, is it your Alt or troll.

How exactly did you get banned (as they claim)? They did some shady stuff to investors, but I haven't heard of them scamming players; I haven't personally had withdraw issues when I tried a few months ago (for amounts way larger than 300 DOGE). I'd love to hear more about the "fake provable fair" game too since I'm pretty sure they just use industry standard provably fair setups.

Shady?

Investors haven't had a report since the last one for Q4 2019, senior management haven't bothered to try and give us a meaningful update since then.
Boxxob had hinted at something coming from senior management for investors a few months ago, but even they have gone quiet on the Investors Discord channel.
It's starting to look like outright theft.

That's some typical scamming scheme of gambling sites, sometimes deleting all information before doing it so the users won't be able to have any evidences. I think you should move this to scam accusation even though it's gambling related, I think you should try to inform them too on their ANN thread about the situation and for people to be careful on the site while your issue with the Bitdice is not yet fixed.

Here's the ANN thread of Bitdice: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--5304279
Do you know how to read? 2 posts above you the Owner of Bitdice already gave His answer and i believe that explains well.

instead of barking here pointing that this site is scammer ? why not post in your own ANN thread here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.57985874

because there are tons of issues need to be answered there instead of you circling around other gambling sites.

Really you have the face to post here about scam site activities when you can clearly use your Signature as an example of How scammers gambling site goes?

I remember Bitdice runs one of the long running signature campaign in this forum though there are some issues thrown towards them ? @BoXXoB continues answering every single details so i think that calling Bitdice as scam literally is not on your Jurisdiction , show strong proof and you will have your rights .

creating some issue even its cleared for how many times.They arent really get tired and wont make out any response if they get some clarification.
I am also thinking about competitors, lol.
We know that we are in business and the gambling business has a lot of competitors and everyone should survive and others making a magic trick that can take down their competitors. Dont mind it, just only guessing here and OP from the start did not give any supportive documents to prove who really he is. As long as you dont have strong evidence which is I dont believe Bitdice will do this, everything will be fine.
Based up on my awareness of the past this had been an issue about Casino tokens and its investors about the dropped value of tokens which i cant really blame off the team because the market did really make out some
serious correction which does simply means that they arent really that the main reason on why investors had lost up money.I do have also the feeling that this do involves with competitors out there.

OP, since September 9th you haven't made any posts but you were active today, why didn't you come to rebut @BoXXoB's comment?
LMAO. Why would he? Clearly, he doesn't care about what everyone thinks.
Any user who creates an alt-account with a casino's name and the word "scam" after it is either really upset and has a bone to pick or is a paid actor whose only aim is to taint the reputation of their competitors.  Roll Eyes

Oi OP, If you're serious about your allegations, sue them; you won't get anywhere complaining about it here.

We have had and will not have problems paying users who have won fair and square. However, in this kind of a case it's a bit of a grey area. He attempted to scam for which he got banned. If he returned that 0.04 ETH he didn't pay back, obviously there wouldn't be an issue processing any and all withdrawals but we all know that won't happen.

win lambo...
It seems I am wrong as what I have said before. Can't quite remember what it is.

how does that happen? "you won the money while banned", can someone clarify it to me? was the OP allowed to log in and place bet while being banned?
I'm confused.
Is it possible to gamble to a platform where you are banned?. I think it's not possible but what op provided and according to the image is that he won and while being banned. The proof is not even enough with just showing the conversation anf withdrawal request. Maybe op did violate some rules and that's the reason for being banned but how did op manage to win while being banned?.
He has actually violated some rules and that is why he is banned and he get back just to try some luck and wanted to scam. Well, that he has been caught back on his action and put in question while trying to withdraw his funds after winning. Now, he is questioning why he can't withdraw it, obviously not as he was still banned from doing it even before.

The communication has been unclear to us about the rule he violated but probably it was a serious violation that raise like that. And base on the explanation it was because of the dishonesty of this person.

I'd love to hear more about the "fake provable fair" game too since I'm pretty sure they just use industry standard provably fair setups.

The story goes like this:

We had some deposit issues around a year ago and he had a pending deposit. A support person offered to help him by sending an equal amount to his (benhames500 on the website) address. The amount of 0.28 ETH was sent to his address. The deal was that he sends the amount back as soon as the deposit clears. When the deposit did clear, Benhames500 lost a bit over 0.04 ETH betting (he was banned as that prevents him withdrawing but unfortunately we weren't able to prevent him betting). The support person, whose ETH was sent to him, asked him to return the funds then. He said he didn't have enough ethereum off the site and thus he offered to tip the remaining 0.24 ETH on his account to the support person if we unbanned him so that he was able to do so. After we unbanned him, he tried to withdraw the full amount. We caught it and didn't allow that. He didn't respond to our message on support after that.

Fast forward 3 months, Benhames500 is back asking why is withdrawal hasn't been processed. He probably thought we had forgotten. We told him it won't be processed because he scammed the support person who kindly offered to help with their own money.

Now, yesterday he came to us acting confused why his account is banned and I had forgotten what happened so he was briefly unbanned and then tried to withdraw funds he had won with some remaining balance he had in the account. He lost right to those funds when he attempted to scam (and actually successfully caused a loss of 0.04 ETH to the person that tried to help him).

Here is the txid of funds that was sent to him: https://etherscan.io/tx/0x22de46953f891d08333c27e2c382a310f016573c41d7c6c055a390cf64e4cdc9

Here is his attempted withdrawal:

Just follow the format provided when you post a scam accusation in the scam accusation thread. It's good that you share the news about bitdice being a scam site. If I remember correctly, I think it is the same site I visited few days ago where the thread is self-moderate and when I posted my reply even if it is true then op will delete it and only keep the posts that are positive or shilling their site.

^ That is good advice above, just follow the advice and also the correct format of submitting a scam report. Since you have compiled all your evidence this is valid to the scam accusation board and as much as you can, you can also sign a message with the BTC wallet that you have used to deposit on their site as another proof of ownership that the screenshot is yours. I heard many issues towards them and I think they are selectively scamming their users for the shady activity, a fraud gambling owner like this will must shut down and don't let operate again, or being ban from this community is enough.

In the title you say "Bitsler" but looking at the screenshots you provided the the [Email] shows  another casino name "Bitdice", so i guess you mean bitdice and not bitsler ??

Bitsler has a pretty good reputation here in the forum  i have an account there and never faced any problems with them. this is their offical thread here so try making some noise there maybe one of the staff member can reply to you: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/sportbook-and-casino-bitsler-12500-daily-wagering-contest-1268718

Your scam accusation also needs to have more proofs as stated above so i suggest you use the proper format and to post it in the appropriate section   so people can understand your case better :

The Format:

Code:
[b][color=black]What happened:: [/color][/b]

[b][color=black]Scammers Profile Link: [/color][/b]

[b][color=black]Reference Link: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Amount Scammed: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Payment Method: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Proof of Payment: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]PM/Chat Logs: [/color][/b]

To begin with, you must open a thread in the scam acquisition section,

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

I tried to look for their reviews but it seems they have now started using false reviews to make up for the bad reviews posted agains them,

https://www.trustpilot.com/review/bitsler.com

Looks like this one will execute an exit scam soon.

Hello

I would warn against this site it has done many suspect things over the years but now its downright stealing and blocking withdrawls. It has stolen from investors, fake provable fair games,  and has had many long term tecnhcal problem were people lost money and withdrawls took days. But  now there stealing from customers and blocking withdrawls.
I was lucky and won some dogecoin and tried to withdrawl 300 dogecoin they blocked my withdrawl and then said I did not win the money because i am banded and the stole the money. They say they will not send the withdrawl and that they took the money.

They have tons more scam accustions against them there know scammers they tried to relaunch site and use a self moderated thread but they are scammers and jamie and kolloh the support will always look for a way to scam you.
