But the OP hasnt answer and he has some explaining to do also. The scans posted by the Bitdice rep put in question his complaint.
I doubt if OP will have any reasonable explanation in the light of the story posted by BoXXoB. It's apparent to me, he's just an ungrateful scammer who is trying to take advantage of someone's kind gesture to him

But  now there stealing from customers and blocking withdrawls.
I was lucky and won some dogecoin and tried to withdrawl 300 dogecoin they blocked my withdrawl and then said I did not win the money because i am banded and the stole the money. They say they will not send the withdrawl and that they took the money.
How about you first pay up the ETH you owe someone who helped you?

The explanation from the Bitdice is confusing. How can a banned person bet?

It was an overlook by developers. Ban prevented withdraw but not playing. We couldn't do anything about that unfortunately. Perhaps we could agree that returning the doge he had before being banned might be fair to return but all in all he still caused a loss of 0.04 ETH to the support person that helped him and not even the entire 300+ DOGE would cover that.

You're going to have a problem OP, if you've read the story by @BoXXoB, I am sure that you will probably have a hard time appealing to your problem and given that they've had the experience before, there's a big chance your problem won't be solved.

The story goes like this:

We had some deposit issues around a year ago and he had a pending deposit. A support person offered to help him by sending an equal amount to his (benhames500 on the website) address. The amount of 0.28 ETH was sent to his address. The deal was that he sends the amount back as soon as the deposit clears. When the deposit did clear, Benhames500 lost a bit over 0.04 ETH betting (he was banned as that prevents him withdrawing but unfortunately we weren't able to prevent him betting). The support person, whose ETH was sent to him, asked him to return the funds then. He said he didn't have enough ethereum off the site and thus he offered to tip the remaining 0.24 ETH on his account to the support person if we unbanned him so that he was able to do so. After we unbanned him, he tried to withdraw the full amount. We caught it and didn't allow that. He didn't respond to our message on support after that.

Fast forward 3 months, Benhames500 is back asking why is withdrawal hasn't been processed. He probably thought we had forgotten. We told him it won't be processed because he scammed the support person who kindly offered to help with their own money.

Now, yesterday he came to us acting confused why his account is banned and I had forgotten what happened so he was briefly unbanned and then tried to withdraw funds he had won with some remaining balance he had in the account. He lost right to those funds when he attempted to scam (and actually successfully caused a loss of 0.04 ETH to the person that tried to help him).

Here is the txid of funds that was sent to him: https://etherscan.io/tx/0x22de46953f891d08333c27e2c382a310f016573c41d7c6c055a390cf64e4cdc9

Here is his attempted withdrawal:

What to do, maybe almost nothing, this is the umpteenth accusation, a victim against the BITDICE gambling site.

For example:
Topic: BitDice Robbed Investors? CSNO lost 80% value

Topic: SCAM: BitDice Casino SCAM - Stole 38BTC from me & refuses release them.

If it's like this, who is responsible for the loss, I see all the accusations against the BitDice site there is no settlement, OP this is the worst experience you have ever had with losing 300 doge, I can only suggest for you in the future, if you want to make a bet and make a deposit check it out here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/table-withdrawal-fees-and-withdrawal-amounts-on-crypto-casinos-5333602, you will avoid scam gambling sites and you will be safe to find a fair gambling site.

Can't do much just resign and contemplate, never get involved in gambling sites that lead to scams.
