REMINDER
The standard chat rules apply. No begging and asking for free coins.
To be eligible for rain the user needs to be at least Level 1 and needs to have wagered in the last 24h. Each coin has a separate Level system, so keep that in mind. Example: To get Doge rain, the user must have wagered Doge in the last 24h. For BTC the user needs to have wagered BTC.
