Our system alerted us that someone tried to sign in to around ~200 accounts with a VALID password! Most accounts are safe as we require to confirm new device with email. However, it means that some casino was hacked and those data were used to sign in to our system.
Currently, we block those accounts proactively. Unfortunately, one user was affected as it seems that password was the same for email as well and the hacker was able to withdraw funds.
We recommend changing the passwords ASAP and turn on 2FA.

I'm pretty sure Alex has the marketing stuff figured out. There's no need to give up the Bitdice name, but some sort of 'soft rebranding' is a must for a gambling site that looks to expand and offer new products in the pipeline.

now it too difficult to reach the level 4 than before , when bitcoin was at 1000$ & less you must wager 5 btc that's mean 5000$ or less but now to get the level 4 you have to wager almost 50k$ , i think alex should look at this point and hope that he'll change the rates of leveling .

Sports betting is more profitable, because of the fact that it is easy to understand and play. Even if you don't have a prior amount of experience, your chances of winning is very high given that you are knowledgable with the kind of sports you are betting into. Also, the results are actual which serves as your guideline for future betting. Where in poker, your chances rely on your skill and experience with a little bit of luck.

I also think there is no need to rebrand or create new site. Bitdice is name for casino. Same like e.g. burgerking. (It does not selling only burgers or kings).

I want to ask about the treasure chest, i was able to collect it about a week ago but all i got was 0 token, so how treasure chest works? Is it a chance to get something daily or what?
TC was abused by ppl with clone accounts, so now it gives prizes only for LVL4 and above.
Yeah, it currently only gives prizes for accounts that are at least lvl 4. You'll receive a random prize amount each day if you meet the requirements.
Just noticed about it, that's why I tried to claim the TC and get 0 token yesterday. I used to get 0.1-0.5 token before, but it is OK as the main reason is to avoid abuse. I'm still in level 3 so need to wager more to be able for the treasure chest.

Just weighing in on a few sportsbooks comments and suggestions I've seen here.
1. The BitDice brand is good enough. I see nothing wrong with BitDice Sports or whatever tag needs to be added. The brand is recognized and can even tap into Dice players to grow.
2. Odds are one thing to attract new players, but I think small odd differences will not lure betters on other websites like Nitro. What people prefer is fair play... make the rules straightforward. No sudden or vague requirements. Settle bets quickly this is what actual sportsbetters like.
3. Cater to international audience first... there is a big Asian market and even African who all bet on illegal online places because they can't find legal markets. I don't know if this is possible but there are games and leagues you won't find on Nitro or even the big ones like Betfair. Crypto betting can open up BitDice as the only place to find these games.

Nothing but great news coming from Bitdice. I'm most excited about the planned sports book. And I hope it lays really good odds that would make Nitrogen run for their money. Some competition for them is good as Nitrogen's offerings has become a little bit stale. I wish they had more props bets over there.
Actually it does not suit the name of the site, since the name is bitdice then outsider will believe this is a dice game or may be some slots will do. But when it comes to sportbook I do not think that it suits the name. This is only may suggestion but still sportbook really does not make any sense to bitdice name here. But it is on OP whether he wants to make it or not but still I can say dice is what bitdice speciality here so do not let it drop

I agree, why change the name if people are familiar with it already? I mean, sportsbook is an additional feature to the site which users will enjoy and does not affect the whole business of bitdice. I do not see any problem with the name of "bitdice", after all, the dice game is the pioneer feature of it. To avoid misleading or misunderstanding then a good advertising or marketing, which highlight the incoming sportbooks feature, is a must in order for people to become aware of it. It will give boost to the site popularity and people will be attracted to come and join.
I see lot of discussion has taken place regarding the sports books, I am sure a seasoned contender like Alex would have already thought of this minor issue, and he shall as usual dazzle us once it's active. I am sure they'll will have plenty of ideas of how to promote it and not confuse people, common guys it's Alex and his team I have full confidence in them they'll do great work with this sport book be supportive of them.
