The reason why i ask, is that the TOS can be amended to enable such usage, and it may even be possible without breaking it.

Accusations without a solid proof is useless it will not bring bitdice down since it has been build up its reputation and its one of the most popular gambling sites in the crypto gambling industry. Yeah that's what some poker sites are doing. They make you type a captcha in the chatbox at random times. But that doesn't reall stop it since some botters sit in front of their computers watching while their bots are running.

Sometimes also when you internet connection speed is very slowly you can barely load the pictures which is very irritating especially if you are in a hurry to gamble to chase your loses. Not only this site actually and sometimes this will cause inconvenience but we have to understand that it's for security purposes for the benefit of the site and to it's supporters.

Thank you Alex, i would like to suggest a live Poker game. I tested some platforms offering texas hold'em as User vs User but i noticed that many of these "Users" are bots.
It would be great if you create such game, especially if you stay in your actual line and not implement these bots. I am sure that it will draw a lot of users, and i would be happy to be at least able to play against humans.

What do you mean by 'live poker game'? The cards dealt by a live dealer or do you mean something like 888.com's webcam poker tables? Check the latter out, I think it's something Bitcoiners would love to play. You can see your opponents via webcam. At least that shows you aren't playing with bots.

Yes something like that, but due to the nature of Bitcoin, i don't think that webcam game is something interesting for bitcoiners.
And, bitdice's reputation is good enough to ensure that no bots are involved in the game.
Many other platforms are providing such games but with tons of bots, it is just unplayable.

I don't mean bots deployed by the site, but bots deployed by the players themselves. Even Pokerstars has that problem. There was a Chinese bot ring caught by them a few years ago at the PLO tables. Who knows for how long they've been exploiting the system.

Another problem is player collusion. Webcam poker could help a bit imo. But not by much. Cheaters online are really crafty.

Do you have any proof of what you are calling site? It's never been appreciated by any of us that anyone calls any site as scam. However it can be a bug or maybe you offended some of their rules resulting in account block. As you said you haven't got replied from support, sometimes it can take more than 24 hours to get response from support. So have patience and see what support tells you about your account. If you still unsatisfied from their answer and think it's a scam then open a topic in scammer accusations.

Although this is a bug, gambling site will never return any funds. May be they will gives some tips for providing bugs but never return your initial balance that loss before. Without some proof they can't open scam accusation just like that. Prove by words mean nothing as I can say, unless they can give some screenshot

Screenshot is also nothing, it is not a good proof to support scam accusation. What he need to prove is about his deposit and tell us more details about what was happening to his account. If he cant do it, so just ignore it because it is wasting time to respon for baseless accusation.
