Yeah that 200 btc was definitely one of the biggest bets I've seen recently. It is a shame for him that it was a losing bet though. Would have been nice to see that one hit a win.
I don't have that kind of amount but if I'll be in the situation that I feel I can afford to lose that why not, I think that guy can really afford what he lost or he is just a crazy gambler. Damn, I could not even imagine if I bet that big amount now coming from loan or a proceed of my property, I am just not that big risk taker although I love to take bigger risk, not my range in short.

Ops I think i will be crazy if I lose that amount and feel bad for him really since he lost such huge of money for instant in that situation. And surely the people who bet that. And i can't imagine on what he's thinking for placing such huge amount of money and it is not advisable to do continously since he might gonna torned him out if his bankroll and he's pocket will be emptied.
That player knows the risk on playing and we dont know if its a all-in bet or just a small percentage on his bankroll. No one knows actually but one things for sure that player is a whale which do have lots of bitcoin to spend because seeing on the behavior he dont even matter if he lose or win that particular bet which is really a breath-taking situation for me.
It's really a breathtaking courage. A common man who have his living through a small business or a day job won't tend to take such a big decision. Surely he's a whale who might be considering gambling a fun filled entertainment than a high risk profiting opportunity.

It also depends on what kelly multiplier you are investing at.

Yeah, very true. If you are investing at the max 5x kelly multiplier you will see much more movement than you would with lower kelly multipliers. It goes both ways though and can make investing a bit more risky as you can also lose faster when players are winning.

For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

Unlucky for bettor, but really nice for investors. I believe house profit is possibly the highest it's been during the latest version, but don't quote me on that.
Sad to know user "hidden" lost a lot after he won huge amount before (100BTC in a bet). Judging from his bankroll, he really had huge bitcoin (Martingale from 10BTC until 80BTC and did 1 last bet with 200BTC = Total 350BTC lost on that run)

Wow that's some sick gambling there.  I wonder who this guy is.  What if it's really a Bitcoin whale like Roger Ver having fun with his holdings.  Lol.  He must be going "Oh I don't care with these coins anymore!  I have too many of them."

But seriously tho, 200 BTC on a single bet?  I could imagine only one sick gambler who could do that in dice.  Phil Ivey.  But I don't think he's a Bitcoin user.
Whoever the person, he is a extreme gambler because he bet 200 BTC in a single bet. That number is very much I think, I can gamble hundred times with bitcoin amount like that. I also want to know who dared to gamble like that only in single bet on dice, this makes me very curious. But I am sure this will make investors interested to invest in BitDice.

How much can I earn in profit on a monthly basis if I invest around 5 Bitcoins in Bitdice?  Have anybody here tried investing with them before?  It might be a better idea to put some BTC into good use rather than storing it in a wallet doing nothing.

It is hard to predict as it depends on how much is wagered and won/loss during the month. You can check the investing graphs in the user profile section which can give you a better idea of site's past profits, etc.

It also depends on what kelly multiplier you are investing at.

What happens to that 350btc in losses? Does it go back to investors at all?
Just on that round of losses they made back the 300btc that the title would suggest somebody won a month or so ago. Smiley

Probably they will have to deduct the maintenance then profit to the investors.

I drool on that 200 BTC bet, damn I wish i have just 10% of that BTC .  That is really too big of an amount from here.  Let alone if wee calculate that martingale it is 350 BTC, I wish he rolled one more at 700 BTC and got lucky and won.   Grin This guy probably have lots of BTC in his stash.

I think that the amount including MartinGale system, was 360 and not 350BTC...
But, who cares for 10BTC if he can just put a bet of 200BTC? Grin

You now that this is the "good" side of his story, to have a bigger stash and don't bother to loose some.
The bad side is that he loose them all. It's 50-50 chances... Roll Eyes Wink

I also would want to know based from experience, I found investing in a gambling site offers a great return but with that big amount, I think it would generate better return, I'm just curious and I hope you guys will share a real experience.

High rollers win big and lose big, that happens normally but in the end, it's still the site who will be at profit so investing is really great.

Nope, he is not really extreme since 200 btc to played with higher chance of winning is really possible but it seems that he was not lucky enough to make that outcome. Luck just not with him. And i just wondering why he played that huge amount if they have that huge balance? He can slowly climbed and get all the profit, it is easy with that huge amount he have
I think he's an extreme gambler because he gambled 200 BTC in a single bet, it was very extreme. If I use amount like that I would not use it in a single bet, but hundreds of bets. It was a very huge amount and he dare to spend that amount on a single bet, it is extreme right? But you're right, he was not lucky. And maybe he was always a gamble in huge amounts, if he is lucky and win will surely get a huge profit. It's a high chance must be with high risk too.

Same here, I would not do that too but instead of using multiplier, he was doing ti with higher chance which is better because with huge amount to play with higher chance he will sure get some profit slowly but still it does not guarantee that he will not lose any of his coin.

200 btc is really great number but he just waste his coin like that

Yes, that was really insane bets from him, didn't thought he will YOLO his 200 BTC at 66% (He thought he will recover some from his losses before). Just hope he still have some coins in his pocket/wallet.

Yes, it goes back to investors.

Wait, who? what?! 350BTC loss or bet or both or... Roll Eyes

Serious now, betting 100BTC its more than crazy betting. Its totally insane!!!
I am curious though...how can you ever recover from a loss like this one? Undecided
User "hidden" who lost this 350BTC or ~$402500 at that time. I don't know how he will recover his money, just hope if he didn't lost all his bitcoins and still have some in his wallet/pocket.

Nope, he is not really extreme since 200 btc to played with higher chance of winning is really possible but it seems that he was not lucky enough to make that outcome.
But still, i wouldn't ever want to bet 200BTC in a single bet even though i use high win chance. He was really extreme to bet that amount.

With that win or loss you know the site has got bank and even the extortion attempt by dorian of 38btc can not keep them down for long or even bankrupt them as it seems was his sole intent with those accusations on Alex's integrity as a casino dice site operator. Wink
