Since many had a problem with the device confirmations and got buried in our emails, we've added a new setting to turn it off. We HIGHLY do not recommend doing so, as you can lift this requirement by activating 2FA. Old and new users still have this option activated by default.

After implementation, we've caught several cheaters, who abused the system. I've posted in chat that we temporarily blocked this reward until we implement anti-cheat mechanics, it was several days ago. However, bagz was not satisfied by this explanation and was upset about not getting 5 Tokens. I apologize for this bad experience and I will repeat one more time, that you, and everyone else will be credited as soon as the system will be in place, which is 11 December as it's now stated on the site.

What do you mean by this? The 5 BD points should be credited after the referred user has wagered .1 . Are you having an issue receiving the credits and have met these requirements?

That sounds pretty good. How could you see if a provider skewed RTPs? If you earn more than you should, most would just blame it on variance and keep waiting. By the time you realize it's been skewed the entire time, chances are, a lot of players lost because of it. Other than that, your post covers everything I mentioned. You should really change the Help page though, as I noticed it's still the same, and it can confuse people.

We use BitDice Tokens, they are instantly-convertable to BTC with a rate 1000TOKEN = 1BTC. The thing is currently tokens are useless, but I would not recommend to exchange them.

We will start a special weekly events and other on-site mechanics based on those tokens. You can't buy tokens nor you can't tip them. The only way to get them is to wager. And only those users will be able to participate on some events.

Thanks for those comments. You are right Endorphina's RTP is 96%. As you know we just finished integration, and we are working hard to completely merge slots on site to be able to provide our bonuses - JP, LS and BB. Still, this is very new for BitDice and I would like to test how it goes, as we have some internal limits as well as another issue which we are trying to solve or make irrelevant to day-to-day operations. After all we hope to lower Endorphina's edge and others slots providers as well. Tho you are right and we need to adjust HELP to explicitly state that not our games are higher than 1% HE.

That paragraph relates to our own games, as we expect to release up to 8 our own games, including 5 reels 20 lines slot. Regarding Endorphina and other game providers, we have extensive logging of real RTP. As soon as we will see that provider have skewed RTP, or we will hear that it's messed with such things, like BetSoft we will remove it from a site. I know that there's a lot of problems with JPs on different providers, that's why we will use our own JP to provide the maximum transparency on it.

I do understand that's my answer does not cover all the issues, and I'm actually asking to trust me on it, but there's demand for slots. And if we wouldn't provide them we lose on competition with old-style casinos. We allow players to choose which games to play and do our best to insure them from various issues.

Soon, as we will finish integration of other 5 providers, we will do a review, game tags, and ratings so players can easily choose games that are Provably Fair and "trustable" by BitDice.

When I play slots and everytime I win I see my stats going up but when I lose on a spin it doesn't count on my stats. Any users experiencing the same thing or is it just me?  I only noticed this when I was about halfway down my deposit.
