Slots are universal things man, not like there is any changes in anywhere around the whole globe. Yeah sure like @slaman said there are some differences but very small like lines and rewards and what you do to win and what you need to do to win big, in some slots there is a lot of small rewards but no middle wins so you either win small (less than you put or amount you wager) but than there is a huge win, so all in all you end up not losing too much but slowly losing it all until you win big, or there are ones that gives out a bit of wagered amount back rewards but a ton of middle rewards with very rare big rewards.

A famous game is P2P Poker in which they take the dealer role and take house edge commission 1% on top of the pot might attract people but I am not sure if it is easy to implement (in term of provably fair) or not, hope one of the casino out there could release something like this lol.

Basically most slot games are similar in terms of the payout like what you have just said but I believe there are some differences aside the display/UI. Even if they are coming from the same providers but the payout are not 100% the same. You just need to try it one by one if you are curious about it, I have tried maybe hundred of slot games and there are many slots with so different payout.
P2P poker is not hard to implement, I believe Bitdice is able to add it if they want it but as we all know there are many bitcoin poker sites having difficulties to find active players.

I think it could be site wide problem if more than 3 people are having the same issues, seem to be a general thing, even if it is regarding cookies bitdice surely wouldn't want more people to keep having the same issues, what if suddenly 100+ people start to have the same problem? Will we be saying "go clear your cookies" to every single one of them? That wouldn't work, that is why it should be a fix from the server side not from the client side to keep it to a minimum.
