Hey as the user stated it was a issue with his isp, when he used VPN he was able to access it. I see you're using a shared office connection make sure you regularly change your passwords, and use 2fa for security purposes.
Yeah, unfortunately some of us live in countries that are always blocking websites, we actually have a whole goverment department whose job is just to keep finding sites to block. Seems such a stupid thing to do as they'll never run out of work or maybe smart thing so they will always have a job!
My office actually forces us to use their machines with VPN, partly so that we can access all sites, but partly also so that they can track where we are going. We are allowed leisure and gaming sites so we have a cool IT policy, since we spend a lot of downtime in the office.
I stick to passwords for now, no 2fa because of bad experience losing my device. I know it's a stupid reason but here, you are more likely to have your device stolen than your password. My biggest fear is losing device and then 2fa gives the thief access to all my accounts everywhere.

I really believe that On-site live support is the standard that every gambling site should have.
That's the standard. Players can easily contact a support in real-time which is convenient for most.Although it can be an option to have an email support but as said, for faster resolution and interaction chat support is the best option. At least, no issues for me doing that but it still gives some slowness when especially accessing via a shared office connection like mine which is a problem since that is how I mainly access Internet 
But better for security in my opinion.

I would suggest you to use pingdom test, and put your location in it to see what's causing issue there. At times a site doesn't work in my country, but works well in other countries but you can send an email here [email protected] state your country, and add screen shots if possible. Also lastly try clearing your cookies and cache and see if it works for you.

The site works perfectly right on my end. As BoX suspects it probably a country restriction. Have you tried to use another PC? or even restarted your modem?

Ah OK..it seems that bitdice is blocked by my internet provider. I need to use VPN to access the site, hopefully it wont be a big problem if I use VPN especially the free one.

Could be a country restriction. Site seems to work well on my end aswell. I'll ask Alex what it could be once I see him.

I've heard the same that often those who just look for best odds join which may cause some issues.
yeah that's true , but think about this way : if a new site isn't offering better odds or better VIP program then why other gamblers would leave the other sites and bet with the new site
it just doesn't make sense right ?? so hopefully bitdice will take that into consideration

If anyone's reading the gambling forums, it seems there was one popular sportsbook that has closed down this week, and apparently some volumes are dropping on some other bookies according to their own reports. Seems like the bear market is taking its toll on Bitcoin and crypto gambling. They say the most successful companies start during a bear, so I wonder if a sportsbook launching right now will be able to take on all the others. Having faith in BD to do just that.

so most likely they were taking bets mainly from professional and value bettors
IMO when a new bookie launch then only professionals who are looking for better odds will join , but with time the site may get popular and at that time many recreationals will join the site
so rest assure it's not about the betting volume
