Vouching for this site. I won 29.5 btc and withdrew my bankroll of over 88 bitcoins with ease. Thanks Alex the BD team.

Just wow! What a take back from your bets. If I would have that large amount, I can guarantee that I will place it in a gambling site. Yet you take the risk and gained that large amount of money.

Phew, don't know whether I should feel excited or scared when I see those bets. Even just seeing screenshots is making me feel nauseautic (OK I don't know how to spell) a little. I guess some whales made their Bitcoins a long time ago so they don't feel the pain of losing 8 BTC in a split second. Where else other than with crypto can we see people splash that kind of money around yeah?

Oh and where else can anyone actually win 8 BTC in a single bet? Most casinos right now don't have a max win of more than a few BTC.
Let see 8 BTC roughly equals to 58,000$ right now and I couldn't consider that big money on real casinos, you know the ones you see in Las Vegas and Macau. There are really big spenders in real casinos and you might not see screenshots of their bets but if you actually observe their tables in action you will see the real definition of big gamblers as there bets go way more than 58,000$.

Yes, I know of that quite well and have even seen it on TV myself. But these are very rare, and televised events, where even sometimes these gamblers are playing with funds from sponsors or from backers.

Plus, I have seen $100k or more bets but these are all on one hand or on Poker which is even over hours of play. The biggest tournaments are millions worth, but hours of play with lots of people.

We're talking about 58k in microseconds. As user points out above, 12 seconds multiple 4BTC and 8BTC bets.

So we can literally see millions of dollars in crypto casinos bet in seconds. Never in real life.
This is the difference between physical gambling and online gambling which amounts would be similar where it do involves hundreds of thousands but the thing you said here is right. We are talking thousands on a split of a second which even myself cant comprehend too much if i were those people placing those bets but well we do have different capacity on bitcoin holdings most of us wont dare to bet those as big but there are people who own thousands which they dont really mind on placing bets.

Quite a few doubled their money, must be nice to do something so big so easily.  I guess its not much different to a game of roulette.   To risk that much they have a big float available  and its a reasonable game of chance.   In some ways I guess it could make more sense then getting muddled at all in any more elaborate plan with time and effort required to win.  I lack the guts also for such a big bet Cheesy

I lack the guts and 8 BTC to do it

I'll second you that I don't even have one full btc but even if I did placing it on e go would be scary, and here these guys our playing it so handsomely and winning it, which is simply amazing and jealousy at the same time, however I do hope they keep surprising us, it's good to see such stats weekend is coming up and with FIFA around let's see if we see some big bets, as always do let us know wonder what's the next big highest will be, if I'm not wrong it's 30 btc right?

Justpoor is now up almost 30 BTC
I bet this guy is a humble gambler base on his username.  Smiley

i can't help but feel jealous and envy that these guys are betting such amounts that to so quickly and easily, way to go guys.
Not only you are feeling that way but also me. Maybe they bought when bitcoin was around two digits up to 3 digits.

And in fairness about his luck it's impressive.

wish I were such a humble gambler, winning 30 bitcoins  Grin
don't be jealous, this guy knows that scared money make no money
if he is betting this way, means he has enough of a bankroll to do so
it is very risky,he is up a lot but that can go in a puff of smoke very quickly

Did I miss a memo of whales attacking bitdice with such huge bets, like wow this is big very big considering if you look at btc prices these guys are going all in, and their risk taking capabilities are just increasing day by day. i can't help but feel jealous and envy that these guys are betting such amounts that to so quickly and easily, way to go guys. Ps Boxxob did you just mentioned a 20+ btc bet that is mother of all bets, I don't think many casinos allow that high a bet to be made.

Not sure what the point of your post is since trying to compare online casinos with brick and mortars is like apples and oranges, but $58k is plenty big enough at 'real casinos', considering the average gamblor that walks in the doors of most brick and mortars probably has a few hundred, or maybe a few thousand, to gamble with.

But since you wanted to go down this rabbit hole, comparatively most casinos have a maximum bet on most games much smaller than $58k, which I might add is not even close to the maximum bet allowed on BD. Also, the speed in which you can bet online, especially in something like dice, is not realistically comparable to the speed in which you can play at a conventional brick and mortar casino.

I get that as far as the spectrum goes of course there are whales who bet more than 58k on average, but that doesn't belittle the fact that most people would still consider $58k a substantial amount of money.

P.S. I don't follow FJ or frequent the site, but I haven't heard of anyone ripping dice there, or any games, with these kinds of bets. Roll Eyes

I think nowadays to see a 5+ BTC bet anywhere is pretty rare. There was a 20+ BTC bet on BD a while ago which is the biggest I've seen for a while.

You should really enjoy the few right now because it dors not seems that big whale comes everyday to bet that huge amount. If I do not count mistaken, this should be on profit tabs. And they suppose to have some big bankroll to play an easy like that, may be 100 btc as their bankroll? Bitdice should happy to see this cause of their wagering will increase their profit of course Cheesy

Well I don't know about you guys, but those kinds of big bets are not taking place in many casinos anymore. I'd see so many sites in the past with big whales coming in and out and silently betting, but they seem to have disappeared, so it's nice to see they still visit BitDice every now and then. I'm quite sure they are the same group of people with different names, since they are all silent.

Also, must remember price today is many times what it was a year or more ago. A 10 BTC Bet in January 2017 is equal to 1 BTC bet today!
