Yes it sure looks like it.
Alex is looking into it and how/if this happened and what might have caused it. Either it was a bug on the site or it was something that the user caused. I hope we get an answer soon

I would like to also know the findings of this investigation, looks like he had two windows open when betting, which caused these multi bets to be generated. I was testing this myself, since the guy sounded sincere in chat but did not encounter any such problem. He seems to think it happens after a long time, so maybe let auto-bet run for a couple hours and see what happens. Steven was also online with me when he came in chat and it looked odd. For safety sakes, it would be better to confirm if he was right and share your findings on this thread for the nay-sayers out there.
