Fraud Alert!!!!!!!!!!!  Fraud Alert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IVC was testing trading at BiteBTC before requesting listing and they have stolen our funds.  They are requesting that we provide proof of ownership but will not respond with what they need and why.  This is causing tremendous damaged to our project as they are holding the funds needed to start the appdev for IVC project.

Our recommendation is to withdraw all funds as fast as possible before you become another victim of the BiteBTC scam.

I happen to never use BiteBtc but surely the rules will be the same as the others.
if indeed there is an action by the side by not knowing the mistake and immediately blocking it, I think it is very difficult to understand and it is appropriate not to use it again. but the btc problem that has been held back must be resolved, if there is no peace, at least it can take further action, so that other people will not experience it.

I try to log on to my BitBtc account... but it's disabled without any reason  Shocked
I live in France and my account was verified. Some weeks later I try to log on... but it's impossible ("These credentials do not match our records."). Huh
I never recived any message from BitBtc to inform me why my account is closed.

I didn't put money on this exchange, but be very careful. If you open an account on BitBtc, later they close your account without any reason.
I recommend never use this scam exchange, they are not serious and can steal your money.

Please use only reliable exchanges

If the situation is not resolved within 28 days I and the owners of 4 other coins will be taking legal action to recover our payments from this fraudulent site.

this is the best option, but as you will find out who is the owner of the exchange?

PLEASE, I'LD TAKE A LEGAL ACTION WITH YOU, CAN YOU HELP ME?

Dude, find a lawyer

I saw it on their site:

https://opengovsg.com/corporate/201706635G#location

it may be that this information is useful

Yes. They are thieves. Just traded with them. Then he made a request for withdrawal. They asked for additional documents, I sent them. And after my akkant was simply removed. But I took screenshots, just in case. Here is the confirmation.

They are a real scam. I've opened an account with them on the 26.12.2018 and submitted all the necessary documentations i was asked to. Then received an email that my account is fully verified. I've started trading and everything seemed ok until decided to make a wire withdraw for 1200 usd. The withdraw was created but never processed till now.I've opened few tickets and got an automated message that needed a second address verification which i did, but still no change. And today on the 02.01.2019 after there web site maintenance when i tried to log in i got a message that my account doesn't exist. They are thieves.

these guys steal people because they are anonymous and are operating in a non-regulated market, so they know they have a 90% chance of never being found and arrested

That's weird. Did you pay around 1 BTC to get listed to that exchange with no success? I mean if you're the team is legit, you have hit the hard cap/soft cap, you'd generally have no issues getting listed on any exchange. But thanks to brib=ninging  your notice that is just isn't enough.

The fact is that we knew they had some bad reviews but from what seemed to be activity on the site we assumed that these were the same as bad reviews from haters. Every exchange has some of these. It was our mistake but either way this is still classified as fraud.
The thing is they don't have a single positive review and they only have negative review which they don't even bother to address. Once a person or a business gets accused of something negative they have to respond and prove their innocence and once they don't you have to ask yourself why their being ignorant to the accusations if they have nothing to hide. I would suggest you find someone else to batter handle your finances and make sure you get people to do extensive research on your future business relationships.

Comeon what kind of business people are you who go into business with others without even bothering to do a little research about the company you want to work with?
If you google bitebtc is a scam you get this
https://i.imgur.com/xkQDe9Y.jpg

If you google if bitebtc is legit this is what you get
https://i.imgur.com/6s9UUKm.jpg

And when you google bitebtc the 3rd one is this
https://i.imgur.com/T14RifV.jpg

So you can't put this on the bitebtc people for your ignorance and lack of personal responsibility, when someone does something this stupid I don't blame the personal who was labeled a scammer and a cheat from the beginning with multiple posts and warnings everywhere online.

Before I get started let me introduce myself. My name is Rohan. I have recently been working with several coins and currently and working with the Mutex (MUTX) team. We are currently listed on MapleChange and are very happy there and I am proud to say I have a good relationship with the owner (Flavius). We decided it was time for us to list onto several more exchanges as we have been rapidly growing and often having days where we have hit 1-2 BTC of volume (a record for our coin). Recently we paid the fee for BiteBTC in Bitcoin. It was over 1 BTC which is extortionate when you know that they are also earning from trading fees. In comparison to TradeOgre and several other exchanges their fees are very similar so we decided to proceed and pay the amount that they requested. While we were in the process of paying the fee their team was actively communicating with us. Once we had paid the fee it took them almost 1 and a half weeks to reply to us and get our coin onto their site. Yesterday I received a message telling me that the coin had been listed and was ready for use. Today after reviewing the site the deposits and withdraw button has been removed. I thought maybe we had done something wrong so I have been speaking to members of the community and owners of other coins. It turns out I am not the only one who has faced this problem.

Let me divert for a minute and tell you about another problem with have had with BiteBTC. While the deposits button was available users deposited Mutex into the exchange but were left unable to trade it. When they attempted to withdraw it they were told they must verify their identity. Roughly 4 users proceeded to do this. All 4 have received no response. When I went fishing in other communities and online it seems that people have waited 3-4 months for verification at max before being rejected. I can't find anyone who has been verified.

Back to the main topic now. I have spoken to several coin owners (4 to be precise) they have all found that they are in the same situation with no response. One of the coins has waited since just before May of 2018 and has had no response since they ran into the same situation.

I honestly hope this is some issue with staffing or their systems at the moment and not a scam. If BiteBTC is a genuine exchange and I have made a mistake then I will publicly apologise but for now I would like to warn users to avoid BiteBTC and to make sure no more coins have their money stolen. If the situation is not resolved within 28 days I and the owners of 4 other coins will be taking legal action to recover our payments from this fraudulent site.
