Guys I've found some slack group and they are preparing petition for bitfinex, you can find them here - bitpetition.herokuapp.com

Quote
We, the undersigned customers as the main creditors of the cryptocurrency trading platform bitfinex.com, demand to immediately provide all the information about the state of affairs on the exchange.
Also, we strongly expect bitfinex.com to present the confirmation of the damage, and the conditions and timetable for the return of customer funds. We require that this process and all the actions of the platform were open and transparent.
We are willing to contribute in any possible way to recover the funds and hope for the best resolution for all parties. However, in case of failure to meet these demands, we will file a class action lawsuit against bitfinex.com.

Sounds reasonable to me

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!  omg you made me piss myself. I have here their response.

Attention: Users of Bitfinex you have no rights, you have no standing, your money is gone, deal with it. You gave your money to an unregulated service provider in exchange for a worthless IOU. No lawyer however well paid can do a dam thing for you.

Go F$#@ yourselfs  sincerely the Owners and operators of Bitfinex
the owners has remove their responsibility from this situations and this is several times happened on exchange when their losing the funds because of hack and for the users this is could be terrible things and if other exchange follow these step when they got hacked i'm pretty sure nobody will trust  and save their funds to an exchange in the future

When Mt Gox when bankrupt, Mark apologies, went to jail and now released on bail. Will the same thing happen to Bitfinex CEO?? With multisig cold wallet being hacked, this is very unfortunate... No evidence on the identity of the thief but I guess he/she/they must be someone very close to the operation of the exchange...

Hong Kong-based digital currency exchange Bitfinex said it had suffered a major hack

http://satoshibonus.blogspot.com/2016/08/theft-of-bitcoin-worth-65m.html

So that`s why the bitcoin price decreased. Sad

This is sad news for the bitcoin community.

Bticoin is still vulnerable. Angry

Perhaps the police will find and catch the hackers.

If it's stolen it most likely will be sold as quickly as the thieves can pawn it off on someone, not "removed from trading" but the exact opposite. And if it is not, the threat of it being dumped on the market at any time has a depressant effect on the market.

So you claim that AML laws are easy to bypass? That blockchain grants anonymity? Any other cases when someone sold that much of stolen BTC and walked away?

I guess this is a bit much for a LocalBitcoins transaction to unwind ("Just back up that semi full of cash next to my tractor-trailer..."), but you've been around long enough to know that people get away with this stuff, at least for the short-term, all the time. This is just a question of scale.

Hacks are not the end of the world as long as Bitfinex doesn't pull a Mt Gox on us. They need to remain transparent and find an agreeable solution for all parties in case they can't get the BTC back. People understand that no exchange is 100% safe from hackers. It's good to see the price climbing back up in the midst of this mess, we're $20 up from a few hours ago Smiley

Perhaps the thieves are associated with a casino or some other "legitimate" business with cash flows in the millions already.  AML laws are geared toward the little guy who might try to evade taxes.

This is a bad news for us. Now BTC currency is now going down.

Why is it going down if 100k+ BTC are removed from the trading?

Sad news for bitcoin community and also hot news.Road to the moon got a break by this hack.People who bought first time bitcoin not going to buy bitcoin again.Really bad effect on bitcoin.I don't know why they're not more careful as their security was already questionable. This is why some governments still banned bitcoin.

I don't if it will take more than months to recover what i know i lost some bucks because of bitcoin.I hope people won't be panic and sell. Now our right move will be don't sell at loss and hold tightly !

Yeah, this is indeed the worst news on finance bitcoin. But this will not make the bitcoin became a currency abandoned, because the benefits offered far more satisfying than other currencies. I think if this occurs because security bitfinex are not good and they do not perform the update security system periodically
