UPDATE - BETTING SYSTEMThe betting system is accessible from the League menu.
This update allows you (it's optional) to buy a ticket for betting - it's free and you need to complete only one simple shortener (it means more money for weekly payments too).
Picture 1: Purchasing the Betting ticket:
Now, you will see 1 X 2 buttons next to upcoming matches:
Clicking to the button 1 , X or 2 , you will bet the following:
1 - the home team will win
X - the match will end with draw
2 - visitors will win
Filled ticket can look like this:
You don't need to bet to all 6 matches, but why not, it's for free.
After finishing the round, you will see in the League page your betting results (green = you guessed correctly, red = you guessed wrong).
In my case, i betted 2 correct matches from 6, so i won 30 Sponsor points - you can see this information above the results table too.
The complete table of correct bets:
6/6 correct = 2000 Sponsor Points
5/6 correct = 1000 Sponsor Points
4/6 correct = 500 Sponsor Points
3/6 correct = 100 Sponsor Points
2/6 correct = 30 Sponsor Points
1/6 correct = 10 Sponsor Points.
Your referrers will earn 10 % of these points too.

I have suggestion for Update
-Renewal Sponsorship Option (Sometimes when my current sponsorship end, the new sponsor pays very low than before)
if you are not satisfied with the sponsor offer, simply wait 1 match and check the another one, there are more sponsors with different schemes and rewards-Added Team Name Beside Nick in the List Players
It will make chaotic table (i tried that) and some players has different charset team names = more chaos for european players,also some1 can put obscene team name. For example my first team name was An*l legends 
-3 Teams Promoted and 3 Teams Relegated (for Balancing the League, my 1st League ended due to Bankrupt, 2nd League finish in 2nd position, so in the 3rd League facing the same team very easy to me)
It will stay as it is - it's more harder and this way you will be pretty sure you can compete the higher league teams, use this season when you are beating every teams to improve player skills and get some sponsor cash for victories - you will need them-Auto-pick Rotation Players by The Best Energy or The Best Skill (I need this to rotate my players so they skill will increase)
I was considering that , but the player needs to tell what formation he will play - i will think of it-Added League Position currently beside the team name when Pick Betting Team (This new Betting Update was great!)
I will check that and probably update, thanks-Change the *Youth Talent* to *WonderKid* will looks better
In later update, for green cards you will be able to rename your players-I got stuck with ads Ah.pe, every time I want to take Refill Energy and got this Ads, the web doesn't load I need VPN to going through the Ads
I am testing all shorteners from 3 different networks and 3 different devices (tablet mobile laptop) and found no problem. If the problem still persists, tell me your country/IP i will report to adminMaybe that is for now, I'm start loving this game, I like playing Football Manager since 2005, and now I start playing this all day long.
