Is that in weexchange itself or in the claims portal? Your balance in weexchange itself shouldnt matter at the moment.

I don't understand. I have logged in but all I see is a statement of my stuck balance and how much is available, but no button to withdraw anything.  Huh

Initially that was the case for me too. Then I closed the tab and logged in again and the withdraw option was there. I could withdraw and I am now waiting for the confirmations.

It would please me no end to log in and withdraw my meagre share of my owed funds.  However I need to reset my 2-factor authentication.  I have sent three emails to weexchange support, plus IMs to Ukyo.


Any chance this will be dealt with, ever?

Also, the negative balances/processing transactions and any BTC asks are being cleaned out of WeExchange.

The goal was to get this much up and going as fast and secure as possible.
You can expect to see the corrections on WeExchange to take place over the next day or two.

Please be patient with this older system and everyone should be able to get through fine.

Again, if you get an error message and no withdraw let me know.

Also, on the off chance (who knows) that your available balance does not update properly, please notify me immediately.

It worked, the TX showed up in Blockchain.info waiting for confirmations

It didnt take a long time to time out, didnt count, would guess 10 sec?

Tried to withdraw from the claim portal, and getting error message: "Could not connect to 2nd stage server"
