Lucky! I've been waiting 9 days for a 500$ order.


and now 2 days for another 500$ order.. so be happy you got your coins so fast Wink .....I'm waiting...

Sent another $60 this morning. Got back to my computer and the $60 was there. Then, about 30 minutes later, the $300 showed up. Weird, because I had not gotten a bitinstant confirmation email either.
Anyway, support never got back with me, but everything is good now!

I have never heard of anyone having to wait that long and its totally against everything they stand for and strive to provide so I would hope they would compensate back the transaction fees at the very least.

As far as a time frame I have no idea but Id say as long as you have record of the deposit such as a copy of the deposit slip to reference that they will get you sorted out. I wouldn't worry too much about it however that is a bit disheartening.

Thanks...I figured I would just have to wait and work it out tomorrow. I was just hoping a bitinstant mod would see this, and help me. I did email [email protected], but no response yet. Has anyone had to wait long? I made the deposit around 9:15PM CST.

I have used moneygram over 20 times with no problems. The coins are usually there before I get home. Earlier, I sent around 300 and I have gotten a email confirmation from zip zap, but not bitInstant. This is worrying me...not to mention I was trying to get an express order out tomorrow. Is this normal? I emailed the [email protected], but I have not gotten a response.
