My instinct is to mistrust it. If you've got a machine that is capable of running a full node, then you might as well use a proper version of Linux. If you are going to use a web wallet, then you don't need a machine just for Bitcoin.

i read about this a while ago, and while i find it interesting i do not find it safe.
because most important of all we are talking about money and when money is involved there is all kinds of shenanigans that scammers pull and it is hard to trust.
and besides a whole distro for bitcoin? what i need is any old distros, even light ones like puppy and a wallet nothing else matters.

I would much rather use Tails, because it has been around much longer and it is nice and small. It has a Electrum Bitcoin Wallet built

in by default, but you have to enable Persistence to use it. I have used it for a while now, and I like the increased anonymity that is

also a big part of it. I am not keen on running untested DistroS when it comes to my money matters.  Roll Eyes

A new linux distribution caught my attention while surfing the DistroWatch site. A linux distribution developed for bitcoin use.
The system comes with the tools necessary for Bitcoin. I think it would be useful to examine.

Interesting, even tho a lot of distros already added native bitcoin support. The famous Tails OS used by Snowden is an example. They added native Electrum support which is a great idea, but a distro that added more bitcoin stuff should be cool, but it would lose the privacy of a distro  like tails.
