No one does and im actually surprised that they didnt tend to disclose their identity. For what purpose on hiding themselves?

You can drop by their office and check whether they really exist or not, seems like they put a detailed address on their about page.

For security reasons, I'm choosing not to use an exchange which doesn't reveal its owner's names.
This is 2019, there are many exchanges competing, and I'm expecting a new entry to reveal its owners full ID with their pictures and bios.

Not sure if this is fake or not. Try to contact the company where he worked in the past.

But you're anonymous and are asking your customers not to be anonymous? Does that make sense?
Linkedin or a modest amount of googling would help you in this case. But for security reasons, we chose not to promote who we are (even though we do not try to hide as well).  However, based on your feedback (if this will be an issue for more users), we might have to reconsider this.

Also, based on the UK law (where the company is established), we must identify our clients in order to provide service (even if that would be crypto/crypto trading).

if in my country that is very poor and very corrupt and has the most misguided laws of the world asks that companies register to be in compliance with the law, so where you registered your exchange also requested the documents of the owner of the exchange, so you have no reason to hide and have the courage to ask documents to your customers when you are anonymous. How do you think someone feels about handing in their passport to an Internet stranger?
