Antpool seems to be working fine for me. I just tried website it is working.

How can I create a worker ID? I can't find it anywhere.
Yes use your mining ID then a .with a number so it looks like this sampleID.15 then give it a few mins like 5 or 10 before it shows up on your mining page
EDIT: from Bitmain page...Worker: aurel.
Done. Its showing as Dead, however I will give it a few minutes. Hopefully it will work.
Also I'm unable to update my Bitcoin Wallet, as no confirmation email arrives. Been waiting for few hours now and tired several times, no luck.

The questions are valid for the most part. Find a pool you are happy and stick with it usually the end will balance out. If not find another pool - Antpool is not that bad payouts always show up everyday. There are some pools that you have to wait a week for payout.

Because that is the nature of mining, especially in a PPLNS pool like the AntPool. Some days you will get 0.002 BTC (or less) and some days you might get 0.006 BTC depending on if pool luck is bad or good. It should all average out to around 0.004 BTC per day if you keep track of it over a couple of months.

You can try other pool to compare payout, but do it at least for 3 days to see the different.
You may get better/worst, my opinion antpool is one of the best payout (depend on luck).

You need to understand how this whole thing works. When you look at mining calculators, they are providing you an expected value. They simply say, "Given the probability of finding X shares in Y time, you would expect to earn Z coins". The simplified version of the formula they all use is:What do i ? That i will get 0.004btc ?

There are a whole host of factors that influence that value in reality. Pool luck, rejected shares, orphaned blocks, pool fees, etc all represent factors that affect your actual earnings vs your expected earnings.

Sit back and let it mine for a month, then see what your average is. You don't need to do anything different than you are. If you try switching pools you'll end up chasing your tail and not earn your full potential.
