For what it's worth, I had all my luck using Chrome. Firefox and IE(lol) wouldn't pull up the pages but I had all of them going at once.
Also, I logged into my Bitmain account 15 minutes before so my shipping info was ready to go.

Hey guys. Managed to get two orders of two but only wanted one of the orders (I guess the site was lagging and completed two orders when I thought it was only completing one). Anyone want the second order? Not charging any premium or anything silly; can give you the payment address and when the order ships to me I can forward to you at your expense.

still having errors. even on 100Mbps main IP line. Sux
The server isn't slowing down network wise, it's that the webserver they're using can't process that many HTTP requests. Nothing a fast network connect can do about that problem.. it's something bitmain needs to resolve themselves.

Got 1 ordered, can't pay for it because I waited to see if I could get one and then buy bitcoins with my credit card. Bank refuse the payment to coinmama and they are close... feel like a dumbass now. I have one and I can't pay for it.
It took me almost 24 hours to verify my ID through simplex to buy with coinmama and bitstamp both... would avoid both like the plague if you want a fast transaction. Luckily coinbase does actual instant purchases once your credit card is verified, so that worked for me.
I bought from Coinbase since the past 2 days to raise my 250$ / day limit so I got 500$ total and will get my limit raised tomorrow. I wanted to buy the rest with coinmama when I ordered the D3 but the transaction is always refused...
Yeah I spent literally hours on the phone with my bank before I was able to get both the coinmama and bitstamp purchases to go through, then had to wait another full day to verify my ID. Simplex processes both of those sites, and they're HORRIBLE. They put a hold on my account for $5000 of coin for a transaction that was denied because the value of BTC changed making it worth more than $5000 which was their limit. So now I have to make sure they reverse that transaction and in the mean time those funds are unusable. Fuck simplex. I chatted with their support all day, and support was very nice, but they can't do ANYthing to speed up verification of your ID, even if they had just verified it that morning for another transaction. It's pretty useless if you need BTC fast.
