i sent it to the address provided by bitmain. i can provide a screenshot of the email and a copy of my shipping receipt. i also called the post office, they verified the correct address provided by bitmain. they said its been sitting for 3 weeks at their local post office. they just need to go get it. feel free to call the post office and ask yourself. and to be honest, i am expecting some BS excuse such as i shipped rocks, the item is damaged, not working, or it was sent back due to incorrect address. i hope that doesnt happen, but i would not be surprised. i guess we will both wait some more and see what the story is. i will post again in a few days to see if there are any updates.

We can update when we receive your miner, there is not much I can do unit we receive your miner.

A short good news for the S2 buyer is that we will let the S2 to upgrade to 1.8TH/s or 2TH/s at very low cost which you can only image now in the August or September. It still depends on many factors to let us achieve that and detailed plan needs to be drafted, But we are very confident that we can make it.

i know, but the difficulty and delays when processing refunds is very much the same. everybody is quick to take the money but unusually slow to give it back.

i understand, im becoming impatient and im having doubts this is going to end well. this is reminding me of my situation with KNC. they tell me 7-10 days for a refund but it's been almost 30 days. i dont have my refund, they are telling me a few more weeks, and they are not responding to emails regarding refunds. i understand things dont always go smooth but all these bitcoin companies are on BS. including bitmain and the 16 days that have gone by without any progress being made. i gave them the tracking number, they have received notice of attempted delivery, you told them the package is in china. there is no good reason to allow 16 days to go by without accepting the package. and it doesnt help when you tell me you will get back to me in 2 days and 5 days go by without an update. if i didnt post in your thread another week would have come and gone without any progress or communication.

You informed me factory sent you a message saying after you return your miner they will refund you, I said in case they fail to do that I will take care of the refund in case they offered you a refund.

Your unit did not arrive yet to the factory, I follow up with them and they say the delivery is delayed because the phone number in the shipping is not ok according with the information I received.

I hope the situation will be clarified in the next days.

Juan, can i have the UPS tracking number for the last shipment (order #650)? It was on the May 6th shipping list. I just don't want to be out running errands on the day UPS delivers. When i know its "out for delivery", I might even sit on my front step and watch for UPS during their delivery window..... with a glass of wine

When the order status says "shipping" does that mean they are getting ready to be shipped and the next process is "shipped" and we will receive a tracking number. Or does that mean it is already shipped and we will receive it anytime?
