PD: Yes we run e-pickaxe also and we had 1500+ happy customers there since August and more than 1000 Antminers S1 sold in USA you can check that with Bitmain :-) Also as you can see when we had a problem we refund everyone and in some cases when BTC rise we refund more in dollars that the dollars payed by customers.

Sorry all for the delays.

I refunded all the refund request I get until now some customers still need to answer if they wish a total or partial refund or if they wish their units to be delivered.

All the remaining orders will be delivered Sunday night (China Monday morning) and will arrive to the customers on Wednesday US and one more day in Canada.

All the new orders will be delivered same day as usual.

Thanks everybody for their patience and support, we understand the frustration for lack of communication.
