i have placed cancel order on 29 november 2017, xiru replied on 5 december 2017 to wait patiently for 1-2 months for refund, its been 2.5 months and no reply from xiru . raised so many tickets but nothing happening . they have stolen my money.
please help if someone have got the refund. i am losing my patience now .

it doesn't matter when u paid. they are processing the refunds based on the date of refund request. and they do it in monthly batches.

still just getting those thanku for ur patience and thanku for ur consultant replies from xiru
check the date of asking refund in the required format again. i have confirmed news that all refunds have been processed, if the request date was earlier to 28th October.still just getting those thanku for ur patience and thanku for ur consultant replies from xiru

Can you also post the screenshot of the refund request of 2nd week of October. They have cleared all refunds till 28th Oct. I think your request may have been in the last week of October.
I just checked they ignored 2 of my tickets which r created on 14 October and have replied to the one which was created on 29th October
