Hello everyone!

Unfortunately I have some experience too with this team.
I paid for an Antminer S19Pro + delivery (DHL Express) $2779.00 but I am still waiting for the arrival. It was in 1st of Dec, 2020. (I paid by Coinbase)
They reply sometimes for my emails, but I can not call them, the number is not working. They say the delivery is late because of the pandemic.
Unfortunately I did not check them first, that they are scam.

Do you know guys, can I do refund on Coinbase? Shocked

Ps. Could you advise a proper, not scam page, where I can order S19Pro or any asic miner? Thank you!

Hello,
I have been invited if I wanted to share my experience with Bitmain Express.

I made my first order from them in may this year, it was for an Antminer S17+ 73 Th/s. I received it fairly quick and in the time frame advertised. I recently made another order at the end of October, it got a little delayed and I started to worry as I ordered 3 Antminers S19 Pro. The support team was always in touch with me and explained the situation, this month was really a hard one for everyone, so I get them. I am happy to announce that the shipment arrived yesterday and it looks exactly as it should, the products are brand new with original packaging.

I would like to say that this company is legitimate, but I think they had some logistic problem in my case.

Absolute SCAM!!!
They just went dark with the website not working, email bouncing back, the phone is not reachable.

I guess they collected enough money to retire.

I am sorry and It's sad to see you lose money to scammers. The experience is depressing. Searching and reading this post should have been the first thing to do right before you sent out money to them. This could have prevented you from getting scammed, like they always say, Prevention is better than cure.

Which payment method did you use to send money? If you used bitcoin, forget about, learn a lesson and move on.

Every time when call them over the phone it always goes to VM, they did chat over the whatsapp, but no reply after Friday 30th Oct, 20. They answered that the UK based company is actually the new owner of the website and that they have bought it from the previous owner who was from Bulgaria. So that is why the details are different, it is because the company has changed ownership.

Bitmainexpress.com is a fraudulent website. They are engaging in business identity theft, they falsely claim to be a trading name or trademark of a legitimate company, it is nothing more than a scam.
They have copied the business information (address, reg. number and vat number) of legitimate businesses into their site in order to scam visitors.
Scratch-Technology Ltd is an engineering consultancy and has no affiliation with bitmainexpress.com
The ISO9001:2015 certificate posted on bitmainexpress.com is a fabrication, again fraudulently using legitimate company details, you can independently confirm this by contacting TUV NORD and quoting the certificate number.
The bank details posted above are also fabricated, you can confirm this by contacting HSBC.

I ordered from Bitmainexpress.com and everything went alright. I wanted to change the destination of the shipment as I moved my operation to another place and the support team was really fast and responsive and helped me a lot. Got my shipment in 14 days after ordering.They are a completely legit company.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. They take your money and run. The only reason they accept PayPal is to make them seem legit. If you purchase from them ONLY use PayPal and credit card to stay protected. Well worth the additional fees. I sent them BTC and lost it all. DO NOT purchase from them.

Learn from my mistake!
