I guess they didn't want to refund since they shipped them this morning

Dude, you just wasted 1 minute of my life reading this thread.

If you knew they shipped already, why post this drivel.

learn to read retard.

I know how to read quite well.  Why would Bitmaintech honor your refund if they have shipped out already?

Also, you may want to capitalize sentences once in awhile to be taken seriously in this forum.

you obviously can't read, because if you could, you might see that my no refund post was the 9th, and they shipped it the 10th. dumbass

So isn't that a good thing?  Why didn't you lock the thread since they honored their agreement, and did in fact ship a miner to you as promised before the 20th?  Maybe put an "Update" or "Edit" that you made a premature mistake by implying that Bitmain was not being "Classy".

I don't think you thought this all the way through.

yea I think bitmaintech is the asic company I have the most confidence in. When I asked for a refund, I didn't know they were so close to shipping, they probably had it all ready and processed and just waiting to get picked up. because I asked for a refund the 9th pacific time and they shipped 10th

I will say this much, bitmain has done right by me personally each time. Even when they had those delays they had. They gave their customers a differential refund of 7 percent or 10 percent off next order. They certainly did not have to do that, but did it. Even though things were delayed by a week. For service they certainly are right now the gold standard. Can't really say that about other vendors at the moment.

Bitmain shipped out the first batch (well, b8) of S3+?  Wow... 10 days early.  Nice job Bitmain.

If they haven't broken any terms, they aren't really obligated to refund you.

its good business to refund people's money if they want one though.
