I often hear comments such as "I like your service; I would use it more often if there was more volume." Obviously this is a chicken and egg problem.

Speaking of chicken and egg problems, your industry high (for USD exchanges) fee rates greatly discourage use of your site.  I understand you need revenue, but I don't see how you'll grow with your current fee rates.

Note, this is not a compliant; just an observation.

Could you maybe make funds available quicker if they are sent from a green address?

Seconded.

This is low priority on the list.

Starting December 10 at 03:00 UTC, BitMe will be changing it’s fees for order executions. Liquidity provider rebates will be discontinued, but they will be replaced with a discounted rate. The new fees are as follows:

    0.75% taker fee
    0.60% provider fee

Thanks for all the comments everyone, it's greatly appreciated. I welcome feature requests/suggestions/comments.

I just want to remind everyone about our liquidity provider rebates of 0.55%. I often hear comments such as "I like your service; I would use it more often if there was more volume." Obviously this is a chicken and egg problem. Thus, the 0.55% liquidity provider rebates.

Liquidity provider rebates are given to those who place their order and have it queued in the orderbook (it's not immediately executed and they have to wait). So, instead of paying the normal order execution fee, you're actually getting paid to have your orders executed.

Abuse?

Using our site for buying or selling Bitcoins is fine. Depositing MtGox USD vouchers (if we accepted them) and directly withdrawing via ACH would be considered abusive.

I've been using BitMe.com to sweep funds to my bank account because they charge the lowest US ACH fee of $0.25
Last Friday I put in a withdrawal request.  The funds were in my bank account Monday morning.  That's 1 business day.
Way to go BitMe.com!  I will be using your services in the future!

Thanks for the comments, glad you enjoy the service.

Only thing that could make it better is if you accepted MtGox codes instead of Aurum Xchange codes for deposit.

This will probably never happen as MtGox has already let it be known that they will be phasing out MtGox codes soon and it would undoubtedly attract users abusing our system simply for MtGox withdrawals.
Abuse?  Heck that's mostly what I use it for too Wink  I'd trade more often but the volumes are low.  Question for you though...  Could you maybe make funds available quicker if they are sent from a green address?  That would make it much easier to trade on your exchange.  Waiting an hour for funds to become available when there is a short term arbitrage opportunity pretty much means the opportunity has passed.
