A bug:
On the checkout it fills in my shipping address but the country is wrong. The merchant asked me if I want it to the same country as last time so I assume I set it right just two weeks ago and now it defaults to my language or whatever the reason is it is German now.

i sold my first item on bitmit *yatta*, but now the buyer isn't sending btcoins to escrow since one week.

I just send a message to support telling them the buyer hasn't paid and asking them to cancel the deal. Then you can give them negative feedback.

I won an Iphone 5 on the site and the seller isn't even responding. There should be some sort of penalty for reneging.

The first time I blamed myself but this it's not me - want to post my item and this shows up:
Funny, made only two shipping options - one is 4€, the other 5.5€. What's wrong?
Edit: Never mind, despite the error it was a missing description for the shipping options (and not a number!), d'oh!

After being on this site for a very long time, I would reccommend this site to anyone who want's to sell their products/services for bitcoins.
It's very secure with the sites escrow service, have yet to have a problem with any transaction.
