We fixed everything with the user,

We haven't received those 16 bitcoins.

I don't get it. You fixed everything even thought you didn't receive 16 bitcoins. Nah, I still don't get it.

Did you or did you not receive 16 bitcoins from user?

It's easy for you to say, but would you provide some proof of that, or ideally have the user themselves confirm that?
It's the typical scammer: pretending there's nothing wrong, hoping for another victim.
The receiving address is still empty. No surprise there.

Please publish the letter of guarantee, which pretty easily can be manipulated or faked.
Sorry, you're saying it is easy to spoof/fake PGP signed messages?
It kinda depends on his mood:
It is so funny, all of your replies you're trying to make us look bad and in the first opportunity you're jumping and accusing us.
Sure, let's ignore the signed message that proves 16 Bitcoin disappeared.
Please publish the letter of guarantee, which pretty easily can be manipulated or faked.
We generate digitally signed proof (Letter of Guarantee) for every order. So when you send us bitcoins to be mixed, you have a proof that incoming address has truly been generated by our server.
Cheesy funny guy Cheesy
if it is easily manipulated or faked, why would you use this signed message method as a "Letter of Guarantee" in the first place?

Done! Please confirm here.

Little piece of advice here, btw: You are not building a strong image for your brand with the way you talk.
I'd expect something better from a public representative for a service supposedly trusted with several thousand btc each week.
It sounds just like any other busted scammer on this site.

The user will connect and verify our claims, The chipmixer employee just was looking for an option to roost us.

I can promise you, after the user will verify our claims still no one will remove our negative feedbacks.

Bitmixer's clone took back escrowed funds because they gained "enough trust" and they stole 19BTC. Well played.

I hope they will return money, but that probably won't happen because they said they never received bitcoins.
This community has to wake up.

I like how on the thread, they say that it's because LoyceV is an employee of Chipmixer (which isn't even the case) that he is somehow just creating all this drama, while completely disregarding the fact that the relevant proof is there and verified.

Safe to say that looking from their attitude alone, this is probably just an exit scam and they're trying to prolong the lifespan of it by getting in as many deposits as possible.

Claiming that they haven't received anything while there is evidence verified by both Vod and LoyceV is almost comical.

But anyways, be safe out there. Plenty of scam mixers, and always make sure you research on the newest reviews before you use any mixer.

If I remember correctly their plan was absolutely different and suddenly owner changed it.
I'm pretty sure an exit scam was the plan all along.

I am missing coins too.

My ~0.03 BTC I tumbled yesterday evening haven't been sent to the deposit address.
I did use their service previously without any problems.

I have sent my letter of guarantee to LoyceV to verify.

If I remember correctly their plan was absolutely different and suddenly owner changed it. He waa claiming that escrow would grew from 10 bitcoin to 100 bitcoin once they become famous. But he got escrow back and claimed they were famous and it wasn't needed.
There is no doubt it's an exit scam, they just won in time too, no one looks everytime what's happening in their ANN thread.

ChipMixer employee publish scam accusations on us, how surprising...
I'm not an employee of ChipMixer, and my signature has nothing to do with this. Then again, you know that already.

Proof of Payment:
In my posession, if tobericher allows it I'll ask escrow zazarb to confirm it too.
I haven't heard back from tobericher anymore, so I've asked Vod if I can forward the Letter of Guarantee to him to confirm the scam.

I think that we should give Bitmixcoin some more time to respond, though, before labelling this as a scam.
Agreed. But until they respond, my red trust serves at a warning, and I'd gladly remove it if things are sorted out.

But 4 days already elapsed since the deposit of the victim, so it goes without saying that it's safer to just not use their service at all for the time being.
Hence my red warning.

I do hope that this is not an exit scam simply because of the fact that there will likely be many more victims that will have to suffer as a result, and the amounts are going to end up being extremely big.

However, the correlation between the time when escrow is withdrawn by Bitmixcoin, and when the 16 BTC deposit was essentially delayed for 5+ days with apparently no competent support is too good to be a coincidence. The whole escrow thing by zazarb may have just been a thing done to falsely gain trust of people, since what good is that if they are able to withdraw that 5 BTC escrow at any time?

What happened:
Five days ago, user tobericher (=the victim) deposited 16 Bitcoin to BITMIXCOIN.IO (=the scammer).
A few hours later, escrow zazarb announced that he returned the 5 Bitcoin escrow he was holding for Bitmixcoin.
Yesterday, user tobericher posted for the first time, claiming his email about his 16 Bitcoin deposit was ignored by Bitmixcoin.
Today, tobericher emailed me his Letter of Guarantee, which I've verified to be authentic. I can confirm he sent 16 Bitcoin to Bitmixcoin's deposit address, and never received his mixed coins.

Amount Scammed:
16 Bitcoin, but if this is an exit scam, the total will go up much more. They claimed their weekly mixed amount was around 2500 Bitcoin.

Payment Method:
Bitcoin

Proof of Payment:
In my posession, verified by me, confirmed by Vod and confirmed by Lutpin.

Additional Notes:
The timing looks very much like an exit scam: wait until a big deposit comes in, take back the escrowed amount, and stop withdrawals.
If this is a technical glitch, please send the funds to the right address and I'll confirm that here.
It's not a technical glitch, scammer BITMIXCOIN.IO denies having received the deposit.

Side Note:
I didn't trust them from the start, but there was no evidence yet Sad
