The problem just morphs into a different form as you crack down. Was watching Yobits signature thread since they cleaned house and there is one account that does nothing but reply to people asking the same dumb questions. This seems to be manipulating the system and a few others are joining in now acting like they are being helpful, when they are just boosting numbers.
But listen I think its off the mark to signal out one signature for abuse,I had some one leave me a neutral trust just for posting in off topic.
Told me to stay out of offtopic and he would remove it,that mentality bugs me because this is a open forum. If the signature deems you to be spammy so be it,but hunting people based on a signature feels counter productive.
Much rather see spam posts targeted altogether rather then basing it on a signature the member may partake in.
This title and the one Yobit spammers is just reinforcing the stigma against signature users,we are not all in one boat.

Something needs to be done and I am not downing on threads like this, just that they involve a signature in the title.
If it was for all spam,it would work better for me. But it may just be a perception issue on my end.

Signature campaigns should carefully watch who is actually taking it is as as serious work and who is just trying
to earn money without any meaningful posts.

I have the feeling that a lot of these newbie and other lower level accounts are used by people who don't know anything about Bitcoin. They probably searched on the internet for ways to earn money and they ended up here on this forum.

I see a lot posts with "The Bitcoin price will go up because people think it will go up. That's why the price will go up and for the future profit."  or something like that.... And the posters after that reply with nearly the same rubbish.

from my opinion i can say that's spamming, giving warning in investor-based games section which clearly give a big warn and badly he's just copy and paste it
even bitmixer won't pay such post in investor-based games section, but i dont think decoded done posting spam

Well do you think he pueposedly posted fro multiple threads with him saying that it is a ponzi? I believe he doesn't need to do sch thin because it is already staed on every thread and it's investor based games so why do you think he did that?

For what it is worth, a couple of accounts in the first post (and a few others) are probably alts (spend-linked addresses).
I'd love to hear more about that -> https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/known-alts-of-anyone-user-generated-1206112

Yes. The posts looks useless and annoying but it seems that they didn't break any forum rules.
Forum rules are up to moderator's interpretation of them. They'd fall under sig spam and low quality posts

I think some spammers keep posting in one and the same thread multiple times because they can not find any decent thread to post in.

Especially since the amount of new created threads in some boards have been very minimal.

It is quite shocking that some people do not take the effort to make a decent post as they get paid for it.

These kind of posts is what I see a lot - 'I think Bitcoin is good for future because price will high because halving and people make money' - 'Of course price will high but is good moment for today buying' bla bla bla bla.

Spammers will look for easy threads to spam in. I'd already called out a couple of them for posting PURELY looking at the thread title, and just blatantly ignoring the information in OP's post and their question. Why do you think that there's so many replies in those badly questioned topics in Economics, Gambling, and even Bitcoin Discussion?

Because in those threads, you can reply without any prior knowledge of the subject, and just pop a quick reply for cash.

Here, in this topic I'd already quoted FOUR people who were simply spamming. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.14012206

This is true, I've noticed that there are a lot of crap threads being started lately.  However, the posts that were listed in this thread weren't actually that bad although they were completely unnecessary.

Glad I was not included in this, because I think sometimes I forget when I've posted in one of these threads that has like 160 pages.  That icon on the left doesn't seem to have the face on it consistently for the threads I've posted in.

Thread but firstly report them to the staff, this is the best thing in my honest opinion.
And what exactly would you put in the comment? Links to all the copied posts?

Nah, just put the nickname of those users and expressly write "check their latest posts" Cheesy.
Yeah I tried it when I reported "spam posts check recent posts as well" , apparently doesn't work

Maybe you've been unlucky, I think it also depends of which mod will handle the report.
