I don't think a mixer using a single address for every costumer and asking people to send a message with the tx id is going to work well. There is no way to prove that you are indeed the person who sent X bitcoins to the mixer address, and it's way too much work (and manual).

And as others pointed out, a self-moderated thread is not the best way to show up without any legacy of being trustable. Of course it's not a sign of scam, but it's not one of the best signs either.

why domain use bitmixer, same with old bitcoin mixer service , bitmixer.io
or this thread same company with bitmixer.io, only use new domain
It's not. It's a new service with a different team
I agree with your argument about the address and the process of mixing, that could and must be fixed, but a legendary member worth more

Than 0.01 or 0.02BTC don't you think? because if I ever want to use this mixer, I'd only send the minimum amounts at least for a month or two

Before trusting with 0.5+BTC in each transaction, however due to existence of other mixers such as chip and blender among other services the

Only thing standing on the OP's way to successfully replace and claim the number one rank of Bitmixer is the lack of advertisement. if you ask

Bitmixer.io's admin, I'm sure he'll tell you that he was sharing a huge percentage of his income with signature participants at least for the first

2 years and only his earnings started to grow exponentially in the last year of his running business which was 2016 and the first 4 months of 2017.

As a member of this forum when I see a self moderated thread for a service questions appear in my mind even knowing the main reason for

A self moderated thread created by the OP is basically to avoid spam and trolling. but you know better, I think after Bitmixer running away

To avoid getting arrested by the international law enforcements it was only the matter of time for someone quickly take their place, lets see

How the community welcomes this new Bitmixer.

Usually a self moderated thread is made to stop negative comments and trolling, which unfortunately implies the OP is expecting it.
We just had one bitmixer go down and another one is trying to ride the wave. It's not going to be easy to gain trust and find customers Wink

I would advise there is a change in the name because it might cause confusion that bitmixer is back in which is not in this case. Also, this should be moved to service discussion section of the forum and its about service provision. A self moderated for a service like this in my own opinion is not the right way to go.

Why self-moderate your ANN thread? It's a huge red flag as you probably know, as you can easily censor bad comments.

Also, why have 1 public mixing address that only changes daily? Seems somewhat like a security risk, since I can easily write a script that scrapes the address every day, logs it, and then if I think someone used your mixer, I could see if they sent a tx to one of those addresses, and know instantly that they sent their coins to Bitmixer.co. I wouldn't know the output, but it would bring me closer.

Service seems quite shady.

If the address used for mixing is the same, how anonymous the process is going to be? I tried to access the site from different devices and what you call 'ACTIVE MIXING ADDRESS' doesn't seem to be changing, instead, It changes every 24 hours but a lot of people will be using it, shouldn't you consider generating unique addresses?

Nice job Smiley However problems with DNX of your site.
Do you offer same kind of chipping of the funds as chipmixer does?
And also, what are your fees and are you planning to make a site on i2p or tor as well?
The main reason people want to mix, is to minimize their digital footprint and if you host the mixer on clearnet, it will not attract as many customers probably.

Thanks for the encouraging words.

Bitmixer.co offers:

- wide funds pool from clean transactions, regularly updated every day.

- completely offline and automated procedure. Coins are always safe during the entire mixing process.

- nothing is stored on the webserver, neither your personal infos which are sent through an encrypted connection to a secure webmail.

- we do not use cookies, no javascript plugins or any other injectable code, making Bitmixer.co ideal for i2p and tor websites.

TOR and I2P websites mirror will come soon.

Fees are 0.25% and 0.0005 BTC for each different output address other than the 1st.

Awesome. As expected, new services are springing up to replace Bitmixer. I'm really glad to see that, and would like to support your service. I suggest starting a thread in the Service Announcements subforum and continually updating users regarding features and service issues to get some more exposure.

I'll give your service a try when I get home later and have access to my local wallet. Good luck!

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.
Good job Smiley will you implement like the letter of guarantee which the past bitmixer.io and cryptomixer.io does? And I bet you should make its ANN thread on service announcement. And BTW are you going have signature campaign for this like what mixers do here.

You should ask for signed message from the sending address because everybody can check the given deposit address (I assume it will remain same for whole day for everyone) and than claim the sending address is his/her.

Users can first complete the form, send it, and then mix BTCs.

No need to use a signed message and compromise even more your anonimity.

You are encouraged to try the service with smaller amount (over 0.01 BTC) and test it.

Sorry for the little typo in the OP, now website link works fine.

Uhm, nope. I don't have too high hopes for as technical site as this, if the launch fails easily like this :/
The site should have at least been tested before announcing it anywhere.

Edit: Starting post still says bitcoinmixer.co instead of bitmixer.co

I edited the OP with the correct links. We can take the drama off now. Tongue
