On the letter of guaranty is written that the bitcoins arrived after 12 hours but I did not receive anything! I do not know how to contact them because the contact department does not work ...

Bitmixer.io was totally legit, they closed their services a few months back.
What is the URL of the webpage you visited? Your BTC is probably gone as you got scammed by a phising site.
