Checked the link and it seems none was stated regarding the minimum requirement of BCT ranking. Priced quite low though but newbies doesn't have much to earn in Signature Campaign until they rank up. Pero kung sasali ung mga newbies, don't forget to increase your activity here as well or else you'll get stuck in Newbie rank, just a reminder
