BTW, why stablecoin? Fiat wouldn't be better option?
There's no good option for our country to have converted crypto to fiat directly. At least I do not know. Since, I will be a buy sell business, I need stablecoin to buy BTC too sometimes.

If BTC to Stable Coin (not your local currency) is your mission, then why are you even giving example of BitPay? Use Binance/BitMex and convert BTC to DAI/USDT. For small volume, you wont even require any KYC.
The reason is mentioned above, you may have missed. I know that with manual steps, I can exchange my BTC to stable coin anytime.

Bitpay does not operate their service in our country. I'm looking for a service which can convert my received BTC into stable coin instantly as I'm having buy sell business in my local. Without having converted into stable coin, it hards to ensure profit and very much risky. So, there is any alternative of Bitpay which operates worldwide, please suggest me one which you have used and have experience on that.

I think it's not bad thing that BitPay don't work in your country Smiley. From my experiebce their service is really shitty.
There is good advices above given. BTCPayServer is great decentralized option, but you would need to run a node to use it. Coingate and Coinpayments csn be a good option, but I don't know, do they operate in your country.

If you are looking for a payment processor for you to just automatically convert your Bitcoin payments to a stable crypto or fiat currency I don't think it is a wise idea for you to avail any payment services as this ones will cause you several fees from their services as well as exchange rates, for example Bitpay as well as Coinbase Commerce is known to have huge fees for the seller side and even running a BTCpay server will be costly to you. You might just want to reconsider and just converting your payments on your own in an exchange which I think you have a chance to maximize your payments.

I am aware of Binance and Kucoin exchange but manual would not be a good one for me as I may not have access to exchanges all the time or someone may send tainted BTC and in that case my account will be blocked. I can not risk myself with that.

You can automate that, so you won't have to do the conversion manually.

Further, there are no "tainted" coins. There are no "coins" at all. Only UTXO exist. And by creating a new UTXO (sending a transaction), "tainting" becomes less and less relevant because you simply can not know whether the two outputs belong to the same person.
If you receive BTC to your address, then forward them to an exchange.. i highly doubt an exchange would lock your account. There simply can never be enough proof to justify an action such as blocking your account or assuming you are in possession of illegally acquired BTC.

It is not as easy as with dollar bills. The concept of "tainted coins" is widely misunderstood.

But with coinplaza I have limit of £200 on each day (I think it's month, can not remember now)
My account shows this:
Quote
Daily limit 100.00€ remaining
Last time I checked, Binance still allows to withdraw 2 BTC per day without KYC, but you'll need to do the transactions on their website each time.
My bad, I did not check the limit on coinplaza, forgot totally since I used the site long ago.

Is this what you're looking for?
Yes, I'm looking for this exactly. But with coinplaza I have limit of £200 on each day (I think it's month, can not remember now) or go with KYC which I do not like. Anyway, still with KYC, this can be the best solution. I had no idea that coinplaza allows that and allows reuse of addresses.
Edit- Just checked that USDT is not available and there is no other stablecoin listed there.

BTCPay is the best payment processor to use, since it is entirely self hosted, does not rely on trusting a third party, and also therefore has zero fees. You can use a payment forwarding service to automatically forward all received payments to an exchange for conversion to fiat or a coin of your choice. There is a good medium article about doing this here: https://medium.com/@prayankgahlot/instant-fiat-conversion-with-btcpay-1d2f3dd57352

BTCPay also have their own automatic conversion software in the alpha stage of development: https://github.com/btcpayserver/btcTransmuter

CoinGate and CoinPayments also both support automatic conversion, but since they are third party solutions there will be a fee for using them.

Doesn't coinbase commerence do this? At least you can accept DAI, USTD and bunch of with them. I suppose you could say that you just accept usdt and not bitcoin or maybe you can choose accepted payments. I haven't used it yet.

I have used coinplaza but do they have automation in swapping?
Is this what you're looking for?
I want to suggest an option to create a fixed pair trade option with a single address which we can send and always convert to X coin to Y address. E.g: I create a LTC -> BTC address and every time I send LTC to this address, you convert and send BTC to my (same) address automatically.
Our platform already works this way. If you send a new deposit to an old used address, any amount sent (as long as within the min. and max. limits) will be exchanged to the desired cryptocurrency and sent to the destination address it was chosen the first time.
I haven't tested this feature by myself.

Not sure from the merchant side, but as a customer coinpayments.net is by far my favorite payment provider, might want to check that one out

I have used coinplaza but do they have automation in swapping? I think no. Don't Bitpay have option to have exact amount of USD value when you receive BTC? I'm looking for such an option.
Coinplaza is a good swap site without any doubt. Thanks LoyceV for suggesting me that.

Have you tried to use a coin swap exchange? All of them have at least USDT/USDC.

Or you could just use Binance.
