My guess is paypal, too many payments being made trough paypal.

Anyone remember reading about Bitpay doing a big funding round? Rumored to be pulling in $30mil? It's likely to be official news of that.
Hopefully their record for exciting announcements is better than Blockchain.info.

Pretty good. Here's a better one. The announcement might be an event celebrating their position as the oldest Bitcoin business without an employee currently under investigation for a crime (although I have no proof of that).

Perhaps they got some insider info about government banning bitcoin and therefor want to setup a safe Exchange on the moon. Will this make the btc price go up or Down?
