I think you need to stop responding to game project question because he was giving red trust for the same act. However, he ask you to provide the proof of your license which you did and he never provide a single proof of all his saying. No one will believe something said by someone who was giving red trust by reputable green trust member Luptin, Suchmoon, Ognasty etc for blackmailing front masquerading, offering of fake legal advice/services and trolling. However, I checked the site he posted either and there is no tangible evidence to proof what he said was truth.
I will advice the Bitplay representative to ignore him and do what is right to secure their business.

We are happy to announce the release of a new game – European Bitcoin Roulette. Cool

The game is based on Bitcoin blockchain. It works like this:

You choose the bet and send BTC to the address associated with the bet.

Then you wait for results. Our algorithms encode the hash of the block that contains your transaction, the block height, the block time and the hash of the previous block. Based on that data, the algorithms will generate a number from 0 to 36.
