Its my first time to see a gambling site owner who do appreciate and took the blame of players who do make use of good strat running on 24/7 and mentioning on PM'ming him for the start and

it also comes to a point that the owner itself use the strat to play on other gambling sites but as said this doesnt work out anytime and these words arent really good

Yes, you have house edge for you but if your bankroll is too small, you can lose 1000 dollars just by a guy betting martingale on 1 dollar in about 2000 rolls.

It will not happen if there is a maximum profit per bet, if their bankroll is $1,000 then the max profit allowed per bet should be $10 only assuming they use the common calculation (1% of the bankroll for the max profit per bet). I havent checked the max profit allowed per bet in this site, if anyone knows then please share it here.

I would advise you to hire a graphic designer, and have him make a nice page for you and then you can show your roadmap to potential investors. In my personal opinion no one in their right mind will invest in your site due to less or neglible funds for running a site, no license these are the red flags one sees and avoids a site. However if you can improve on these aspects chances are people will be happy to invest in your site.

i dont want to judge this gambling site but seems that he has no enough funds to make the ball rolling here.
very true that if the gamblers see that you cant get things started because of no or insufficient funds, they will just move away to another one.
