When setting your withdraw you can set how much fees you are wiling to pay in order to receive it faster, fees can be from 0% to 10% from the requested amount. Please take a much better look and read information on page.

At the moment it is once a month, just because we are still very new program, but I think from next month we will be distributing dividends as soon as we will hit about a 1,000,000 colected, to make dividends more often for holders.

You can request your withdraws as often as you want, the only thing is that you can not have pending payments already. That is once your payment is completed, you can instantly request your next one if you have more then minimum payout amount in your account balance (20,000 satoshis or more)

This is very unusual. We have just checked on our account and it worker as it should.
Please write us support ticket about it.
Before that, we would like you to hover on one of the tools level progress line and check percentage, then try adding points to it and then check again percentage, if this really did not increased then continue with ticket to us.
When we will recieve your ticket, we will ask more details to have a better idea of what is exactly happening.

I tried it again today, I did it, I failed twice yesterday.
It is necessary to press three times increase, and to spend energy 3 times, then the level grows

Login Ads Has been added.
Each time user logs in to their account, first he/she will have to view login ad. Login ad will open in new window without frames, please do not close it till it is completed and confirmed, after that you can continue to your account.
For advertisers: Login ads are open in new window without a frame so you can advertise websites that don't allow frames along with those that allow. Basically Login Ads can be used to advertise any website as long as it does not violates moral standards. You can find link in your bits-pays members left menu under advertise section. Please note that single user can view same login ad more then once as it is presented to user after he/she logs in.

The only thing we can think of is that your miner level is too low. Your tools can be a miximum level as your current miner level is. There should be an error message in those cases, but we will check again and if there is no, we will add one.

Even there is less flash ads, the number and values of InFrame ads are increasing constantly. We have about 300 InFrame ads for about 10,000 satoshis now and it is always growing, we would suggest checking inframe ads, there is much more earnings and a lot of them are worth 100 satoshis per view.
Honestly, we have not seen other program that can offer that much just from ads, plus there is a miner game, offer walls and so on and on. We are sugesting using all options possible.

hi bits pays, i noticed that when i collecting the balance satoshi manually, i actually received lesser than the balances that i have mined.

for example, i have mined 128 satoshi, when i trying to collect it by pressing the button, i got the message that successfully collected "102" satoshi". which mean i loss 26satoshi.

can u please explain this?

From what we can see you have pension reserves turned on. Part of collected satoshis balance goes towards your pension and the rest you receive to your account balance.
