How exactly is it going to happen?
An Administrator will make a high roller bet (0.02000000 btc @ 98.00%) on BitSler evey hour (First one at 9:00 AM (GMT), 11/28/17)
An administrator will post the bet details in this thread and announce it on chat.
An administrator will send the 0.022 btc prize to the winning player Bitsler account in the next hour.
