It is strange enough. The OP must get notification with the reason of ban first of all. And the support just have no information, if i understand right.

Anyway, you ought to get(or find, may be in spam) the answer with the reason of the ban. Try to write in the Bitsler thread, it can help.
in my opinion ,support team atleast have data about banning reason, as team they must  have data about customers but its not. I am also feel strange with this condition, Op need to regularly ask to get certain reason. Or discussing in bitslear thread also good way.
I don`t sure that it is so. They can probably see only information about account, without reasons of ban. It is possible, i saw such situation with several companies, that used outsource members for support.

Just wait for another days or weeks mate, sometimes the team took longer for validation and their investigation and if you are truly not violating their terms , I think that Bistler is reputable enough to bring your problem to answers, there are so many cases here that once proven not guilty? all their funds are being returned so try to extend some time to wait.

I don't think that is the right decision to make a scam accusation because he is only the one case which I seen, and there are many cases so he should collect all data and then should make a scam accusation.

At this time I think he did anything wrong therefore he got ban. Maybe it can be IP restriction too.

I've not gone through the chat log you shared, but I find it hard to believe that your account was suspended without any reason, you probably have done something or break a term of service which flagged your account and it got block, may be bitsler didn't have time or deem it fit to tell you the reason your account is block.

But then again, if you strongly feel that you are being cheated, consider creating a scam and accusation thread on the same board (scam and accusation board) and remember to follow the rules so that your case can be treated properly.

Anyone can send email using a script which will look like it was sent from your domain. But I do not think that's something an issue here. OP was sending emails to Bitsler and they were responding.
Yes, it's clear to me now that I shouldn't be bothered since the concern was actually for real and he can't log in to his accounts plus there's an interaction.

As I've checked an email from them coming from one of their support. It should be like this.

I was just curious at first when I've seen that it's not like it used to be. Basically, they probably have some way of replying through that domain email and they own it, so no worries with that and I've got it already. Now the thing is on OP and he needs to calm himself to wait.

You did not specify whether you made a deposit or not, if not, then the ban on registration does not mean that the casino is a scam. You are definitely not in one of the jurisdictions prohibited from registration that are specified in clause 6.2.2 of the Terms of Use, since the following paragraph states that the online casino will accept registration from persons residing in jurisdictions that prohibit participation in online gambling.

He cannot understand the explanation and he wrongly understand what the support says that there is nothing they can do for the time being , and all they need to do is wait till the finality comes from team about their reviews.

if he truly does not violate anything then there is nothing he need to be worry.

Bistler is one of the oldest site that had advertising here for years though they stopped now yet their reputation remains good and  trusted.
yes even though it has been said by customer support that it will be reviewed as soon as possible, it shows they serve all users and gamblers on their site, I'm also not defending anyone it's just that patience will be needed so that his account can be restored soon, hopefully that problem solved, I've played there and withdraw money there without any problems

OP, if you want an opinion, attention and objective judgment on the situation, you should be a bit more specific.

1. How long ago your account was created?

2. Did you deposit, if yes, how many times?

3. Did you cashout previously, if yes, how many times?

4. Were you requested any kind of KYC? Did you pass it?

5. Did you make any best or played any games?

6. Are you sure there is no violation of T&C? Is it the first time you created an account with them?

I think this is the bare minimum to understand what's happening. Also, intercom-mail.com seems to be the mailing and chat software they are using, set up looks totally fine to me.

You understand it incorrectly. I believe what they are trying to say was as a support, They don't have the exact info on why the account was blocked because the decision is made by the management. They really nothing that they can do as customer support to change that decision. This is professional response as support if they really don't know the answer. Filing a scam accusation thead will make this kind of issue resolve quickly rather than wait because the management saw something on the account that make it freeze for a damage control.
They've already escalated it to their higher department and that's what OP has to be patient all about. But it seems that he wants some response as quickly as possible but it can't be done.
There are already hints that have given to him on how he should respond on this one if it's already escalated, the concern that he has brought up. He can do nothing for now and he needs to be the most patient person while waiting for some updates on how it goes.

  - If that's what you said and answered dude, no matter what you do when following up on the issue you're facing with their gambling, there's nothing else you can do but wait. What hurts is that your account has been restricted on bistler, and for whatever reason, I have not read anything based on the narrative you have given here on the topic made in this forum.

    Maybe the only thing I can ask you is, are you sure that you have not violated any of Bitsler's policies and rules? Second, maybe later on they will trace that you created multiple accounts that you just can't remember because you just forgot or something.

what was your last deposit and your last withdrawal and the last game you bet and what was the bet amount and did you win or lose?

from what I see, you misinterpret the WOrd "nothing they can do" that means you have to wait for their investigation before the action and proper answer take place, this happens sometimes if they find suspicious activities in your account, some took days, while others weeks and some even months.

but the thing here is that just try to extend your patience and if you are completely sure of not violating any of their terms then rest assure that you will regain your funds.

I think it's because they also don't really know the exact reason for the block. The message is usually just sent from the above in this case the administrative department of bitsler. It is irritating yes, but it's also probably pretty irritating to the team behind sending us all these emails.

It'd probably be best to contact them again but this time organize everything that your account has from transaction histories, withdrawals, etc., so that you can prove that you are the owner and that you can show what you've done for your entire history of playtime.

If it wasn't though, then I suggest trying it first? I'm not sure as well if the ones who replied to you is indeed bitsler anyway.

OP are you sure you haven’t violated any terms of service of the site? Or try to cheat the game or exploit the system? As Bitsler is a big casino, before blocking any account, they might have a strong reason behind it.
Instead of their live support, have you tried mailing baryom about this issue? Back in years he was great and really active on these matters. He is the last hope who can help you.

I've also experienced poor communication with the operator but in the end the problem was resolved and most importantly had to be patient waiting for a response and also their time to solve the problem even though it was a bit long.
The OP should be patient on this, because there is no choice and you can do nothing but be patient and have a good communication with him and they will definitely solve it by investigating the real issue as per their rules.

Your account is still under investigation for some suspicious activity from the looks of it. What you should be asking the customer support or look for is how long does this investigation usually last according to their TOS. Surely they cannot just suspend your account indefinitely.

A popular online gambling website such as bitsler will not ban any account without any proper investigation and information. They will definitely not risk ruining the years of building their trusted membership and reputation due to banning one (1) account only- so rest assured that the decision that they made was taken seriously.

Are you sure that you did not violate any of their TOS agreement? Bear in mind that the use of VPNs in most gambling websites is prohibited and may be a cause on why your account is blocked. Like what they said, they do not have the information right now so best to do is to wait, OP.
