Payment received on the site but I withdrew and the funds never arrived and not only that but the withdrawal is not even in the withdraw log? I'm puzzled by this.

This might be due to the fact that Bitsler's wallet spends unconfirmed funds - where they will take a while to be confirmed. My withdrawal didn't show up on the log either, though - even after it was confirmed.
Along with that, the fees are static but the mempool is not. Hence if everyone withdraws with only hte 0.0002 fee but you decide to use the 0.0004 fee, it won't change anything if there's a backlog.
